Farmer Tyler, Lots of jobs to get done on a working cattle farm. Grew up on a dairy farm in Vermont. Always had 40 milking stalls to clean out and calves to feed milk to. We raised veal calves on milk in the barn and they were tasty too. I had my own cow I showed at the State Fair for 4H and when she had twins bull calves, they were raised for two families and went on to feed those households.
Grandpa always said little steps makes the long walk more enjoyable when finished...yup, lots of those little steps. Cheers from Maine.🥛🍪

My dad had a white board perimeter fence around the home place and one year built some kind of form then poured and made cement posts!. Never had rotten posts to replace again! And still had a pretty white wood fence! 🎉

Tyler, you made an effort to give him a chance at life and tried your best to improve his situation. Decisions in this matter have to be taken to benefit the quality of the animal's life and I believe that the choice taken was best for him. I trust you to make the right choice because you care about your animals and want the best outcome for all involved.
And of course I put it in the wrong video. Sorry folks.

Always work to do. Your attitude towards doing it all is amirable. I was watching you go back and forth with the spreader and it looked lonely so it made me wonder if you ever feel like doing it all by yourself is a bummer? It doesn't show if you do but being an only child I felt that way when I did certain things I had to do alone. Sooooo very cool to see Buddy so many times during this video. He is just the sweetest. Cali looks like she has matured so much and Beli has gotten so big that she no longer looks like a puppy at all. Thanks for sharing your life with us Tyler. I truly enjoy every video that you make. I hope you don't tire of making them anytime soon. It would be a sad day for many of us.

I'm living vicariously through you FTR. However mundane you may think your tasks are, I find them very fascinating and entertaining. A couple of times just watching your methods have inspired me to solve a DIY project of my own. When I watch FTR, my girlfriend teases me and tells others "Don't bother him, he's doing his chores" After a long day treating patients, your channel re-centers me. Thanks for all the hard work you put into making it all look so easy. -d

Had to fence in my flowerpot garden to keep stray cats from using as litter box.
Amazing how our mind makes decisions that make no sense. Bought manure dirt for garden but can't even consider eating potatoes that cats had pooped in.🙅 all a matter of your mind.

Farmer Tyler, you should put gour manure on a heap and leave it a year before you spread it. Matured manure (compost) is much more nutritious & more easily taken up by plants. Newer manure really burns new growth and you will handicap your pastures.

Many moons ago when I was little and helping daddy, we were not lucky enough to have an auger. I remember having to haul buckets of water to soften the hole….over a number of days to get those post holes dug. I so agree with your comment about the barb wire. There was always gobs of hair on the “barbs” where the cattle were reaching under or over the wire. Good luck on the priority list.
