Evolve's BMW M5 is BACK, and it's going up against three rallycross superstars!
We've all seen what this incredible M5 can do, with its tuned 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 able to produce 1000hp! As for the rallycars? Well, none of them can match the power of the M5, with the lead competitor being the MINI with a 2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that can put down 600hp & 1,000Nm!

Not rally cars but rallycross cars. Rally is for point to point races on open roads, the cars have 380hp max (wrc category)
Rallycross is track racing, the cars have 600hp max (supercar category).
Please stop calling rallycross cars "rally cars", they look like the same but they are different and didn't have the same use. 😉👌

Even though that M5 could launch harder, here is actually a good illustration of how a quick gearbox with half the power and slightly less weight can do the same results as the double of power in the heavy car.
American GT 350 owners now realized why they need 600+ hp to not get owed by 300 - 400hp cars
