The ninth movement of "Riverboat Songs of the Lost Spring", a song cycle composed and performed by Barnabas Sharp. The poem, "Hope still blooms", was written by Georgia Taylor (source: exposure.org.u...) Used with permission by Exposure.
This repetitive theme on hope and trust builds confidence as the piano ostinato keeps going and going with the poem.
