James is amazing and very hard working vocalist. I've had the pleasure of meeting the band twice so far, and my best interactions were with James Labrie! Such a down to Earth guy!
I always believed Labrie could do it. Listening to this makes me real happy. And seeing appreciation for his performance on the comments fill me with joy. Can't wait to see them in Portugal next month ❤
That‘s what I feel as well! I always loved James LaBrie regardless and supported him, hearing him on this tour and seeing how people appreciate and acknowledge his performance means so much to me!
@ArisAlamano I definitely need a better speakers to be able to confirm or deny: however, with the benefit of 10 years worth of hindsight, I wouldn't be a least bit surprised.
Pride exudes in every heartbeat firstly because Dream Theater is the definition, and by far, the best prog band ever. James just show that he can turn criticism into something as spectacular as this BUT the greatest of all things is the passion warmth love respect of the Italian crowd. I miss my country but these are the things that make me feel proud and forget the distance.
London - Berlin - Cologne - Milan - James ist getting better every show. I was in London and Cologne and that was a huge difference. But also being in London and listening to James in person sounded better than all previous tours.
I'm actually lost for words??! I was completely on the side of "Labrie's lost it", which I just don't want. The guy is great, and I want him to succeed. But the last couple of shows were just so below par it hurt to hear. Then all of the sudden, this happens. I mean, there's still a general lack of control in some parts and he swallows a lot of words, and is still quite flat in some parts. But this is AT LEAST 2022 level when I saw them live which was fine! Maybe even a bit better! So strange.... I hope James can keep this consistency going
yeah all he need to do is just to find a different ways to sing it good without touching the higher parts. I honestly don't mind if he just sing it in original keys but in lower octaves, we all know he can't hit it anymore, so just sing it comfortably to not ruin the songs.
It's not a matter of being a hater. It's a matter of analyzing his performances. The first shows (and last years) were a nightmare. This one is better, not perfect but better.
Pff dude he still sounds like a poisoned duck. The only difference is that now he's in tune. He should have retired at least 14 years ago, his voice became unpleasantly nasal
no one hates Labrie mate. People are more sad than hating on him. I know most want him to succeed. I do. But these last years have been very rough. Here though, hes great!!
James is feeling more confident in his abilities on these last few shows. I noticed he stopped trying to oversing parts and stays with the actual notes from the song. He adjusts when he needs to but he's getting stronger with each show. London was probably nerves for the first show back with Mike. He has his power at times but maybe its in his head that maybe he isn't as confident as he once was. I'd still go them no matter what.
Nel complesso non ha cantato male! Ha cannato all' inizio Metropolis e strange... Poi quasi tutto bene...

HERE LABRIE IS PRETTY WELL...I WONDER IF HIS PROBLEM IS ONLY VOCAL DUE TO THE WEAR AND PROBLEMS OF THE VOCAL CORDS OR DOES HE NOT HAVE A HEARING PROBLEM AND HE LISTENS TO HIS VOICE VERY LOW AND THAT'S WHY HE SCREAMS SO MUCH AND SOUNDS DISTORTED AND OUT OF TUNE? WHY DO I NOTICE? THAT WHEN YOU RAISE YOUR VOICE WITHOUT SCREAMING AND MODULATING IT IT SOUNDS LOWER BUT SHARP AND WITH THAT COLOR OF VOICE THAT IS SO BEAUTIFUL THAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS HAD
Petrucci looks like not feeling well.. I'm worried about him.😢 Mr. Portnoy, We hope you more aggressive! Really welcome back, Mike!❤We've been waiting for DREAM THEATER to come to JAPAN!
I know LaBrie is improving compared to the last few shows, but maybe it's just our ears that have gotten used to it and are always expecting something bad from his performance. Anyway, I hope he continues to get better and find some professional help.

Vai ser um grande concerto
Man, Labrie nailed the high part at 2:49, which on the last tour he completely dropped down an octave!
For one sec i could listened the Labrie from the 90’s, that’s enough for me ❤
@@luisestay6893Wtf are you deaf? 😅😅😅😅
I'd say that sounded about as good as 2007 or so, which is impressive.
Still sucks
James is KICKIN ASSES!
Holy shit, my guy is doing WARMUPS before shows now evidently, this is awesome
OH MY GOD LABRIE’s GETTING BETTER AND BETTER EVERY SHOW 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
I can appreciate the low expectations. But let’s be honest, he sucks.
He still sounds like a breeding donkey
they are gradually introducing autotune - that's what I'm noticing...
@@patriotfreedomlending4655 if he's getting better then I'm f'n deff...man this is a horrible vocal performance.
@ArisAlamano I definitely need a better speakers to be able to confirm or deny: however, with the benefit of 10 years worth of hindsight, I wouldn't be a least bit surprised.
first berlin and now this, james vocals are getting better every show
I can appreciate the low expectations.
I was thinking he just can't sing Images and Words material anymore. This is actually very strong considering original tuning. Bravo James!
James out here throwin it down!! 🔥🔥🔥

Holy fuck. That's some good "watch the sparrow falling" right here

Amazing performance by James!
Ragazzi che miglioramento da Londra! Grande James! Combatti!!!!!!

The band sound awesome! And yeah James does too. Lay off my boy! Lol

He's better here than in 2017 (when they did PMU a half step down and he still struggled)
yeah all he need to do is just to find a different ways to sing it good without touching the higher parts. I honestly don't mind if he just sing it in original keys but in lower octaves, we all know he can't hit it anymore, so just sing it comfortably to not ruin the songs.
LaBrie haters in shambles

Asi Labrie! Vamos! ❤❤❤
Labrie sound so much better on this one. Congrats. Can’t wait to see them live.
Labrie sounds pretty good here! He must be taking better care of his voice.

LaBrie sta tenendo botta in maniera egregia!

Hell yeh Labrie, what a boss!
He actually hit that high note, surprising
Fuck yeah, James!
He started the tour very weak, let's call it 50 shades of flat.
He's still very unstable but clearly there's an effort, and I'm glad that it shows.

My theory is that this being the last song he actually tries more.
Labrie pateando Haters!!!!! Suena increíble!!!!!!
Astonishing. Labrie seems to recover. By far not what it was, but somehow acceptable.
Labrie ❤❤❤
TRUST JAMES
Hmm vocals
Not too bad this time
yeahhhh labrie yeahhhhhhh
I can't understand a word he's singing in the verses. ''GABA LALALALALA RARARARARARARA''.
Band immensa!
He's still not great but it's leagues better than the first show. At least you can tell he singing the same song this time

Someone says to FOH engineer to pull up portnoy and put down Petrucci 😭
Vocals much better.
labrie kicking ass !
Labrie might hit the right notes but so can you do on a 10 dollar guitar. There is more to a good sound than just hitting the right notes.
lip-syncing :(
