Good question! In this case, when we turn left, we need to give way to vehicles driving in the opposite direction and we continue our left turn ONLY when there is a SAFE GAP. For us to continue our turn, the opposite lane need not be empty, but there should be a SAFE GAP before continuing with the left turn. So the important word to define is what a SAFE GAP is. I sat that there is a SAFE GAP, if I can make the left turn without vehicles on the opposite lane pressing their Break pedal for me. So i should not force them to reduce their speed because I am crossing their way. So you can make you judgement if you can complete your turn without vehicles on opposite lane reducing their speed , this heavily depends on your experience, the type of car you are driving (Manual or automatic), and on the car's horsepower as well.

No, the white car don’t need to wait you if you are making a left turn…In that case you don’t cross each others lane, so you don’t need to give way to one another…But both of you need to give way to cars going straight or turning to the right.
Hello, after the give-way sign I will have to switch-off the indicator. Otherwise that will give a wrong signal for vehicles behind me, if I continue the indicator on for long distance on the new road. The indicator is switched-off immediately after the point where the video is cut( Had the video continued for 1ms more, you would have seen the indicator being switched-off). I would say that is an okay point to switch-off the indicator, given that there are other tasks to do that have more priority, like making sure that it is safe to drive-in to the new road and give way if there are other vehicles on the new road. When you have more than one task to do, the rule of thumb is doing them in their order of priority.

No, the white car don’t need to wait you if you are making a left turn…In that case you don’t cross each others lane, so you don’t need to give way to one another…But both of you need to give way to cars going straight or turning to the right.

did you keep the right indicartor on before the right turn at traffic ligh and till after the give way sign at 4.25?
