Shoulder decoration is called epaulette (americans apparently spell that epaulet). It stems from military uniforms and *loads* of bands incorporate these for some sort of fanatsy uniform look. They were also big in the 70s/80s to give the ladies broad-looking shoulders :P
They just released and uploaded a new video for their son Antimental. Their drummer and keyboardist graduated and moved on. However, now they have six members with a dedicated screamer and rapper in one.
