- Largest connectivity action for Indigenous Peoples of the Amazon carried out in September 2023. This month, 20 villages of the Marubo ethnic group were connected in Vale do Javari - the second largest indigenous territory in Brazil. More than 1000 people were connected with satellite internet. Direct demand from the Kapyvanaway Association for:
1) Request for rescue and extraction of injured, indigenous health.
2) Territorial monitoring
3) Communication with other villages and territories
4) Culture management and preservation of the Marubo language
5) Education
The initiative was led by the startup NAVI Global and Associação Kapyvanaway.
