    Just a note, I find it much easier to remove the two bolts on the water inlet (with the horn) and pull the radiator off with the lower tube. Then it is easy to pull the hose off then you can turn the whole assembly. The original radiators were round tube units, the flat tube cores are much better at dissipating heat.

    I wish you had put your camera where we could see just how you removed the headlamps instead of just focused on the engine bay. I wanted to remove mine today, but waiting for the PB Blaster lubricant to do its thing to the old bolts involved. In looking at the underside of the fenders where the stems attach for the headlamps, I am not sure how difficult it will be to remove the stems or support rods from those fenders.

      On the 26 and 27 the headlamps are on a crossbar with 4 bolts that go through the fender and braces. You're on the right track with the PB Blaster!
