Your press would have come in handy when I did my shackles. My process was to use a hack saw blade to make a slice cut in the bushing and then peel them out with a punch. I learned that trick from removing old tub drains at work. Cheers

I had to do that to get the control arm bushings out of my 69 El Camino rear end.
