That airsoft gun was totally legal. It had the rollmarks from Wisconsin. I'm going to assume it was trademark of BCM and they sell their trademark to a lot of airsoft companies and it had an orange tip. It could be painted or it could be molded it doesn't matter as long as it's orange. It looking "realistic" is also not a rule

As a long hall trucker I ran from Ont Canada Brantford to Laredo Texas border with Mexico . I drove into Mexico to deliver my load ... Was crazy seeing trucks with no doors windshield lights except headlight an tail all others gone only 4 of 8 tires on rear bald ... Crazy ..I was driving new truck double bunk an new 53 foot trailer ... I off loaded an got the neck out of there , the streets were so tight to move through but I wasn't losing my trailer as we had a few stolen and with a drone found them converted into Mexico homes ... Wheels kicked out from under them . and seen a Texas police SUV being driven around ... Only way to get it back had to steal it ... I believe its still over there . no one going to risk their life to go get it ... Crazy ...

Just an FYI a single, small ounce, of gold is like $2500 and a Kilo is upwards $80k. That chain and bracelet can easily be $30k. Those are both 24K as well.
A kilo of pure gold or even 18k/14k is worth tens of thousands so yes it can be worth that much easily

I didn't want one that looked realistic, and it was nearly impossible to find one. Those red tips aren't very visible, especially at night.

At 10:50, I tried to find an airsoft gun to carry with me when i walk my dog because my dog has been attacked 3 times by unleashed dogs and wanted one that didn't look like a real gun. I wanted a bright color so it wouldn't be mistaken for a real gun. I was amazed at how difficult it was to find one. Toys should not look like actual guns. There's just no need for it.
