Every helicopter should have a deer rifle in it. Flying in front and close to a speeding suspect would make it a easy shot to the vehicles engine, or the suspect would just pull over if there was someone pointing a rifle right at them.

What's the point of all those police cars following behind if nobody tries to get in front and block them off. I understand they said they may be armed and may start shooting, but this is almost mute to continue just following.
So you didn't see the ones that did actually pull ahead of the driver? It's always great hearing people that clearly know better than the officers that are trying to keep the community safe. They could have said screw it and just let him go free since people keep trashing them. Let them know they can do that next time because you think that's too many people following one person
