Lol turret layout, and what type of turrets(how amny guns) can help a lot to identify that cluster of pixels lol Planes are just black dots in the blue sky, so you just have to look for those(I recommend clean the monitor before that)
@@mothman7786 well you have to first select fill realistic controls, then assign a button for brakes and then swap to whatever controls you were using first. Then spawn, throttle up full and break until you see the plane dragging forward. Then release and do a happy successful short take off :D. Try it in test fly first just in case. But it works with any plane
@@mothman7786 All braks is B by default. Also, I suggest using rudder controls Q/E and assign them to Left/Right brakes. Makes it a lot easier to maneuver on the ground.
i blame the wunderwaffe lol, but he 117 is a clean super bomber... i think americas porcupine syndrome super fortress is more epic, but fritz is just more satisfying
@@denismaine4089 The Strela launcher on the Bernau is practically useless. You can't even get an IR lock of a 4-engine bomber within 1.5km let alone a single engine fighter at that range
Back to the day when WoWs released Graf Zeppelin, on the first day AP bombs from Ju87 becomes the only ship that can one click delete German turtle back battleships. The value of Tripitz crashed like AP bomb drops. Soon WG recalled GZ.
Now this type of gameplay is amazing and I personally love it, the amount of satisfaction you get from getting kills from fritxs is insane but the dissapointing thing is the low amount of rewards you get (1k-2k sl per kill) spending around 20 minutes to get at the right altitude then another 20 to get 2-3 kills just to get a max of 5k silver lions is demoralizing.
The reward could definitely be much better, at least in RB. Also I guess it depends what type of ship I destroy. And yeah this is very fun, very impressive till you see AA missile incoming lol

Great shot. I lost my altitude when you got me, I was like at 4km. But on the next run I was at 5km+ and I noticed your shots were exploding too early (below me). Etna is such a cool cruiser, I wish it had a scout plane. And yeah those guns are not good against battleships 😂
Since most people play arcade, it's the He-111 is actually better for this role there. With He-177 the aiming gets locked on the first bomb, so if you miss the first drop you have to wait until it lands before you can try again. With He-111 the only bomb will rearm by the time the previous one lands.
Also, because of how the aiming with Fritz-X works, you can start maneuvering away after you drop it. The aiming will be locked to the same spot even if you fly upside down. So once you launch it, you can turn away and try to go in the direction that avoids clouds.

I have actually been using the Fritz X for months. It takes some time to get it up but it is so much fun blowing ships up. I never saw someone else use it though, hopefully that will change now.
If you think the Fritz X is cool (it really is) The B-29 had an automatic targeting system that used a computer to create a ballistic trajectory to hit air targets extremely accurately
"The runway is too short," me in sim battles with stock lancaster, your too short was just fine, lancaster just barely took of and imedietly had to avoid trees.
Not just lancaster - stock lancaster, no engine improvements, when you get it some improvements, it's fine... anyways, 262 C-2 doesn't sound british, so I doubt I'll get to it (especially considering how rarely I play with planes)
Pro-tip for disconnects. When you get back to the hangar use the "switch user" button to logout and login again, which should prompt the "rejoin current battle" option.
Great vid boss! Do ya think normal 'dumb naval bombs' and torpedoes are still effective here as well? Might be interesting to see if they're still a good choice for non fritz-x users and other nations.
The level of modeling to show the Fritz X going through multiple decks before detonating is just. 👀👀👌👌Kudos to the modeling and programmers at Gaijin for that. Dollar, I think you should try changing the speed indicator to IAS (indicator airspeed) from the default TAS (true airspeed). It's much more useful (in keeping the optimal climb rate for example) as it scales with the altitude, where the air has lower pressure.
two things. 1: i always wondered how the Heinkel played at its respective BR in Naval, now i know it slaps and gets slapped. 2: is there any way other than screenshot to get your endscreen clips as a screensaver and Background for my PC?

As far as I know the 264 does not have the Fritz X, it’s the He-111 H-6 and He-177A-5 that had them

Lac is hard? Wait till you try 262 C-2. Without boosters. On a hot map where its engines would immediately overheat.

Sim with B-29 is also the case, you tend to get the 6.0-7.0 match with short runway.
