  • You don't have to eat junk food to satisfy your cravings. When I'm feeling extra stressed or anxious, I turn to MY version of healthy vegan comfort food recipes! For something sweet, I always opt for a pink smoothie bowl or nice cream, and for something salty and savory, I go for a curry that's loaded with spices in a rich, creamy coconut or cashew-based sauce.     Great idea Erin to talk about water. It’s so basic and we don’t even think about it because we just drink with it, rinse off our produce with it, boil with it, do our laundry and even shower in it. What we don’t realize is that it’s full of toxins as well! We work so hard to buy organic and then start cutting out products that have chemicals in them and then still use our water! It was no joke the last thing i thought about (I used a brita) and then last thing I changed (ordering Alhambra delivery now) but would like a whole house system.
    I heard you mention RO (reverse osmosis?) I know I would definitely love to hear what you have changed.
    As you follow and trust people I am one that follows and trusts you. As I am sure others feel the same❤️.
    Great idea to throw in chemicals in our everyday life as well. They all come full circle. People can get pretty overwhelmed with trying to understand or memorize ingredients, so one of the first things I say to people is flip over your product, if you see the word “FRAGRANCE” or “PERFUME” don’t buy it/throw it away. Since it’s just about in everything that’s toxic it’s one ingredient that’s easy for people to remember.

    Fabulous food! How do you find eating raw as the weather gets cooler? I find it hard on digestion. Also, can you talk about the time you should wait to eat things like dates for dessert after a plant based meal (to deter gas! ) ? Thanks x

      Typically I don't have too much of a problem enjoying smoothies in the winter as long as I'm in a warm indoor environment. That being said, we do eat more room temp and warm foods too! As for dates as dessert, typically right after a meal is okay as long as it's just 1-2!

Non-GMO wheat flour th-cam.com/video/eBzOEM5NYAs/w-d-xo.html ...the margarine here is Vegan butter) ...to tenderly reline/recoat us in friendly soft "glue" gluten... we need Salt + Gluten with Oils re-balancing the Microbiome... which I just know we must replace [remember in earlier days as it is said in the Bible "Bread the Staff of Life" before we added 100's of generations partaking of more + more flesh foods] & the REAL reason when wanting to return to an Animal FLESH Diet, to replace the Candida wax coating our intestines...reason for Vegans going back to their earlier Carnist days, as they never properly cleansed this Candida albicans wax, and also the real reason for most Meat-Eaters not being able to transition. I support you in everything that you do, being a Nutritionist. P.S. Do not be afraid of Organic Oils, botanical fats + waxes and/or Vegan margarines...as we need that now to replace the Animal fats...we will digest all with plenty of Organic Onions, Org. Leeks, Org. Scallions, Org. Garlic, Org. Red Onions, prepared in Salads such as fine chopped Onions w/ sliced Leeks, with some Greek Olive oil & Sea salt, also digest all our Veggy fats, waxes with plenty of Citrus. These Onions, Leeks, etc. that I mention here above are nowdays in 2020 mostly produced using GMO's & 1000's of other foodstuffs...Veggies, fruits, roots, Grains, legumes, etc. > something that Bill Gates is behind, while he & his family eat Organic + do not vaccinate their children, yet pushing vaccinations on the uninformed public...We Vegans need our botanical Oils, fats + waxes, since the soils have been more + more depleted, also much more salt (sea salt of all varieties) in our diet to stay strong...this is what Flesh food consumers get in their diets, Fats + Salt."
