I put two shower curtains one on each end . One liner this way I keep the two curtains open and the liner closed . It just gives the illusion of a bigger bathroom . Being my bathroom is very small

You could put a tension rod in the cabinet in the future if you want to hang things. Also if you want to still mount that mirror, I would try it with a million command strips.
Hi Kirsten, I really love your style, and with that being said ,as far as the floor lamp goes its very pretty but I feel that if you would learn to down size a bit and buy items that are more suited for a smaller apartment you would like the things you buy a little more. I also live in a small apartment and once I began to style my place with things more suited for smaller apartments I was much happier with my home. In my opinion you can buy beautiful things for your home and also scale down a bit. Less is more as they say!
I've enjoyed your vlogs for quite a while. Your personality comes across as very genuine. In the world of TH-cam, that is a superpower.✴Now, about the lamp- I believe the cord damage happened during the shipper's security check. I had two chrome arc lamps delivered at the same time with the cords cut on each! I want to say they were severed with some kind of a hot probe! I don't know *what* they used, but it wasn't the first time that sort of damage happened to items I had delivered. It cost me $125 to repair both lamp cords. The lamps were so heavy I had to schedule an electrician to come to my home for the repair. I managed to get $100 back from the carrier for my damage complaint. This happened 4 years ago and I'm still annoyed about it if you can't tell 😄

Yes! sage is so serene - I definitely thought of doing a tension rod in the cabinet but since I bought so many of those storage cubes I figured I'd use them with the shelves, but I love how versatile it is!

Kirsten, I have owned many floor lamps and not one has stood perfectly straight. There are subtle slants in floors that make this often the case. I have solved this dilemma by doubling a small piece of cardboard and placing it under the base in an inconspicuous way. You'll have to play around to get it just right, but you will balance the tilt. I ADORE that armoire! It has classic, yet modern elements that would make it fit any decor style. Oh!!! I'm team sage, which is a color that combines warmth and coolness....which is why it's such a soothing spa color. Black is chic, but you'll probably not want to spend much time in your bathroom, without knowing why. The truth is that black is strong and finite, requiring an attitude of certainty, allowing no yield. It is gorgeous but can make a bathroom feel unwelcoming...as if you can't "let down your hair", be vulnerable and fully relax. Just food for thought! Keep on nurturing those friendships by enjoying outings and adventures. You are free now to explore. Once you settle down, everyone and everything else will compete for priority and attention. Now you have time to truly know YOURSELF, which is a great gift! Blessings always❣️

Love your new cabinet, the wood grain and color are so pretty. While a black shower curtain can be sleek and beautiful, against the white walls the contrast is sharp. The sage green is natural and soothing. It will probably be more comforting when bathing. You can always add smaller black accents that won't overwhelm the space. You have great taste so whatever you decide will be beautiful I'm sure. 🙂

The second lamp I didn't even try to see if it was crooked cause the plug part was snipped off lol I was so shocked - definitely could be the flooring but who knows! Haha yes my uncles pool cleaner is a poop emoji 😅

I recommend mineral sunscreen and not chemical sunscreen. The mineral sunscreen sits on your face and it is completely natural like titanium oxide. Most now are made so that they have no white cast.
