I love how real this is in the parts of your home that are cluttered, but your place still looks so cool! Lots of character in addition to a well-thought out aesthetic!
so nice to finally see the full setup of your home after catching glimpses of it over the years through your podcast and vlogs. It's such a cosy space!!!
5:06 MOM AND DAD (podcast reference) EXCUSE ME WHAT’S HAPPENING. ♡ I just love how chill this is! Funnily enough, when you released your last video announcing that you were going to move I actually planned my moving day of my new home! ♡
Ummm It's called putting it where you can find space.. I have two cats and I've lived in smaller spaces than this. It is currently in the bathroom most of the time it is kept in the bathroom. Once I had it in a small enclosed space in the kitchen. Twice I had it near the door.. my cat's litter box gets cleaned twice a day once in the morning and once at night.
Almost $41,000 a year on just rent. In 7 years of just renting there you could've owned your own studio on the Upper East Side completely outright and be living practically free after that for the rest of your life! Plus you'd be gaining equity and could sell the place for maybe 50% more than you bought it by the time you retire. Instead, you just burn away $300,000 over that 7 years with nothing to show for it. Insane.
I think the you have the behaviour of cluttering stuff and gathering random things everywhere and piling them. with this mindset, no matter how big your apartement, house is, it wont be enough. Your apartment is MORE than enough for couple if you learn how to declutter, keep only the essential stuff, minimal living. just a suggestion from architect.. try to reduce, reuse, recycle. let go some stuff to relatives, fam etc..
This is probably the best 1br apartment under $3500/month in all of NYC. That being said, your decorating skills need a ton of work. Way too much furniture/clutter/hoarding going on here. The shoe rack on the outside of the bedroom door is truly ridiculous, my ocd is raging just thinking about it…

ok but for NYC this is such a good apartment for the price 😩
If they decorated it the way it should be, you wouldn’t be calling it just “ok” 😂
Your pawducer is very elegant, and highly skilled

Hi I was curious about the feedback link in your bio but it doesn't work for me! Just wanted to let you know (but maybe its an issue on my end)
How can someone live in such a mess/cluttered apartment😮😮
Wenn es ihnen nicht zusagt, okay , aber dann verkneifen sie sich ihre Gemeinheiten ,sie wohnen nicht darin
how did you survive having a cat litter in your bedroom

Take a shot for every time she says "my boyfriend"
Sara are you one of those people that starts a million in one projects and never finishes any?
So messy but so homey
I think a cat can’t be a landlord within the real state law

😎🎬🫵🏻💯
Very nice apartment and gorgeous cat😍remember that Jesus Christ love you and want to be the savior of your soul
3400 is a lot of money for this apartment & I’ve done the convention from USD to Rands & that’s 58000 rands per month 😭 not worth it
Honestly $3,400 is not a bad deal in Brooklyn
All I can say is Americans are rich ..but also our currency ain't the one 😂😂😂coz wow
@ while our currency isn’t the one it still doesn’t justify the cost 😂 how much is that in two years in rands ? A whole house in a good neighborhood 😭
@Tebbles99 solution is to get a remote job and get paid in usd 😂😂 coz jus 10 000 usd.pm You're rich... and yes it's not justified.
you cannot compare south africa to new york city lmfao
