No technology helps archers be more accurate in their aim. All they have to aim it a single aiming point, they still have to aim themselves just like always. The lightness of a bowsight is insignificant. Archers deliberately add stabilizer weights to their bows, heavier is an advantage, not lightness. There is nothing "accurate" about a sight, they are just consistent, which is not difficult to do. There has been no significant change in Olympic archery equipment for over 20 years. Everyone uses virtually the same equipment due to sponsorships, no one is getting a huge technological advantage.
