Outstanding work! My favorite part is the last segment -- the roster of every member of the squadron is such a great touch, acknowledging that none of this is possible without the contribution of every team member. (The accompanying photography is jaw-dropping, too.)
@@TheCloudhopper Agreed, Im hoping they bring some kind of basic Electronic warfare payloads to the A-6 when it comes out and from there its a pretty short jump from the Hornet we have now, to a growler (from a module design standpoint)
@@TFT-bp8zk Jesus christ lol do you just come on here to flex your extremely niche knowledge on this subject? because if I was a versed as you claim to be on the subject, id be stoked to share it around to seemingly ignorant people like myself lol And we're talking about 3d modeling and software design here, not building an aircraft sheet by sheet and wire by wire. Get over yourself lol and source your snarky little paragraphs or shut the fuck up. Oh, and the growler is based directly on the Super hornet airframe, and the EA-6 series is "a completely different airframe" than the A-6 in the same way the F-16I is completely different than the F-16C. Obviously you're just splitting hairs in order to seem condescending, which is what a child does, when he doesnt actually know what he's talking about.
Got tears of being proud of who we were during this deployment, our loved ones at sea, and the hearts left behind at home...standing strong for there return❣️
unbelievable work man. each mood you captured felt completely genuine and immersive. the photography/videography is absolutely phenomenal. bravo all around
Greets and support from Australia. Gives us all hope that the crazies at home haven't weakened you! Stay strong and alert - for all of us...God bless and safe skies.

God bless the US armed forces. Let's pray for peace so these boys can stay in a strong defensive posture, continuing to build our readiness while staying out of harms way so they can provide and tend to their families!
- Cora, let us look at them from a distance, would you, please? They cannot see us in their radars yet. We are not exactly allowed into their area of operations. - Tim, I agree. Let's just overwatch. They do not need to know about our existence, Tim. We have the best stealth on this planet. - Awesome, Cora! I am in love with you.
Little late on the comment here, but out of curiosity - anyone know what those pods are that have the little propellers on them? haven't seen those before
Most underappreciated Job in the Airwing, Thanks to all who slave away in hot humid Hangerbays and Long hot dangerous days on the flightdeck as well as the air, Miss working on the Old EA-6Bs and ALQ-99 and most of all Mode4 checker up on deck! (don't miss 224 days or POD reports in the cold rain) VAQ-139 AT2 Allred aka "Tex" Keep Jammin' and making sure everyone stays safe
don't know if anybody who knows is going to see this but what's the difference between the flight helmets with normal/more retro looking visors and the big ones with visors attacked to the grey piece at the top and kinda look like a flys eyes
Great video. VAQ-129/131 AT MOS 6668 ECM here (mid 1990s). Can anyone tell me why they're all wearing masks? I mean go out to sea, "quarantine" and then stay out there - without masks... Seems a little crazy. Am I the only one who notices/thinks this? If masks don't work in say New York or India how the hell are they gonna work on the boat?
DCS needs to come out with a real Super Hornet and not just a F 18 C with a Rhino skin and actually represent our Navy’s full capabilities? A Block 111 would be nice too.

AME here, I hear no longer a rate

My nephew... “Brotein”... one proud Aunty here...❤️🇺🇸❤️

I'd give my right kidney and my left nipple for an official Growler in DCS :-)

The deck ops shots are some of the coolest shots of carrier ops I've ever seen. Great work!
My Dream... -I'm currently doing all I can to graduate college with top grades, finish my PPL, (I currently have 27 hours) and get into OCS. Then on to Pensacola !!!

It makes you bold enough to compete anywhere in this respect
You,navy guys are really impressive

The hornet.......the only bird I need in DCS. Also much love to the navy. My mom was a nurse in the navy.

SF-25 pilot Sergeant Tim said to the American SF-25 AI Cora;
- Who are these?
- Air carrier pilots, Tim.
- Alright. Excellent 🙂
Really, really, really enjoyed your video. Maybe in another life, sigh.
Subscribed. My dream job.

Noticed several shots of legacy Hornets..I thought those retired from the Navy/Carrier ops years ago and are now serving only with USMC?
Those were marine units.
VMFA-323 flew the final Hornet deployment with our airwing
holy fk this deserves more views
this is awesome
Legit AF.
Newbie question. What are the items with small props on them?
Little late on the comment here, but out of curiosity - anyone know what those pods are that have the little propellers on them? haven't seen those before

Thanks! GoPro Hero 8, Nikon Z6, and iPhone XS

At 5:37 what Tanker is that? It looks too old and weathered to be a KC-46

Could someone say why some of these photos are black, white , gray in the end of this film?
