Thanks very much. It's likely going to be a few more months but progress is definitely coming along. I'll definitely have some very good update coming up soon.

Greetings from Torrance! Sorry to hear about your troubles. Back pain is VERY serious. There are many things you can do to try to take control of this. From exercise, stretching, diet, and good drugs. I used to have incredible foot pain which also caused back pain. I stand a lot for my job and I would go home and lay in bed after work because I was in so much pain. One thing I would totally recommend, is to find a running store that specializes in custom foot wear. I paid 100 dollars for custom insoles that were formed to my feet. The best 100 bucks I ever spent. I also discovered that I was wearing the wrong size shoes and that I stand more on my right than my left. The new shoes and insoles completely changed my life. Also, if your mattress is over 10 years old, either flip it or buy a new one. An old mattress will ruin your back. I hope you feel better and this will take time to get better, but I know you can do it. Take care sir!

Sorry to hear about your disc. I’m a chiropractor and work with bad discs on the regular. Try a chiropractor if you haven’t.

Thanks very much for your suggestion. I might go to a chiropractor after but I'm not sure because I get $1000cdn for physiotherapy and no income (IE does not cover all that much). So I'm not entirely sure I could afford the additional Chiropractor sessions..
