So with berserk cancel fix does that mean if you're stunned you can berserk full animation and it works, obviously live it breaks stun but don't get benefit

Venom theory crafting was stupid with bow, kind of obviously ridiculous. These perks that carry weapons are just too hard to balance they should give that up

nope :/ but in theory it should not even give you stacks at all cause 200% faster means flat -200% so its like fully removing timed empowers
