I actually made this today just to prove it would not be good.... it was SO GOOD, it actually works, exact quantities as on the subtitles and l had a beautiful tart for dessert! No joke this is good, one small suggestion use cold butter not oil in the pastry but l made it with oil and its absolutely delicious 👍

I guess you can use sweeteners to keep the calories low and use sugar free chocolate spread/syrup instead of nutella? If you want high protein, just add protein powder and maybe increase the amount of egg whites.
I'm a very lazy cook but I liked how this recipe started. So I did the whole banana fried in sugar and butter thing, but then I just spread some Nutella on a brioche slice and topped it with the bananas, it was great!

I've never used vanillin sachet. Is vanilla/vanillin extract ok? Is legume oil instead of seed oil ok?
Vanilla essence will work ,just use ½-1 tsp and oil u may use any seed oil like sunflower ,hope it helps ☺️
