God bless the inventor of the gripmaster. We can work on finger independence in ways that were unavailable in the old days. It's amazing what Lenny Breau was able to achieve without it.
first, i think ted greene is a genius and likely one of the best if not the best guitar instructor of his generation. BUT i am disappointed in these parts 1 and 2 of this seminar. hopefully the remaining segments will be better
The grip-master is OK, but isn't that great. I mean, its good for working on finger-strength, but you only need so much strength to efficiently depress a piece of wire half a centimeter or so. It definitely does not play a big part in any students progress that's for sure.
