You said in the beginning this video was about when to use Milk Thistle. I came to your video because, probably like most people, I knew MT is beneficial. This video told me a lot about you but said nothing about when, or how to use them. I want to know dosage. Do I make a tea or use it straight from the jar? I’ll watch your other video in hopes of learning about what parts of the plant to use and how to prepare the plant. Im hoping it is informative.

My son are in their mid 40s now. Their father had A.S. .Both my sons have tested lets say positive but have not shown active A.S. .A prayer for you.
