Hi! I’m Aly, I'm from London, and I've been teaching English for more than 10 years. I love teaching English and helping YOU study English better and in a more fun way! I made this channel to help me apply for jobs, but now this IS my job, and here I am... happy as can be, with you lovely people! :) Let me know in the comments what you'd like to see in future videos!

21 years ago my college was 5 minutes away from this spot and I used to come during my lunch break and have a drink and a doughnut while looking at the river. David Blaine did his ganging thing there in 2003 right in front of me.
That's perfect thank you for this lesson. I really learned a lot today!

If you hear someone speaking English with perfect accent then it means they're either not a spy or they're simply some Aly's students 😎

I just love your videos Aly!!! Greetings from Argentina😘
Perfect ❤

Sasageyo 💪
So difficult for Spanish learners, a big hug from Seville 😅
A big hola from London!
Where I grew up we use "ye" instead of "you", for example "did ye gan oot last neet?" although I believe that this pronunciation is less used in the South, being largely restricted to the geographic region of Northumberland.
That's a great video
I have never seen the bridge from this angle. 👍🏻
Nothing's the same anymore😢
Bloody Holborn 😂 Thanks for this one!
I learned English in Norfolk, even for a Londoner the accent is incomprehensible. as a native french speaking person, I understand better all the accents in Midland and Norfolk
Praiseworthy lesson ❤
Everytime I watch a video on Britain's streets the sky is grey, this time there were some spots in blue. Kind of wierd 😅😂
April is a weird month. In one week you might have rain, snow, sun and wind.
2:43 i was expecting the word Worcestershire.
❤!
My English teacher: No, Did you?
Random English man: NINJA!!!
❤❤❤💕
How is Holborn pronounced then? 😰
Probably /əʊbn/ 😄
Personally I say it like “holebun” making the L sound like a W. But it’s just a personal preference thing. There’s no right or wrong at this point 😂
To find a spy, ask how to pronounce Greenwich. If they answer Green Witch , arrest them immediately! 🚔
😮
Exactly
That guy is still at large 🥸
He’s very dangerous with his accent
Bo’oh o’ wo’ah?
"Have you ever been to Japan' it's hard 😢
Keep practicing! You’ll get there! 🤘🤓
Wait, "do you" reduces to "jew"?! Am I even allowed to make this comment?
Yes, but if you are a terry we will berry ya
aly you look very much like jason statham😄
So British English is as lazy as American English! LOL I'm a francophone from Quebec, Canada. I also teach French as a second language. You should hear what Quebecers do to French! You have to work really, really hard at learning to massacre the language as much as we do! 😂
I really like your videos, Aly, but in this one I find the music is too much.
For me it's just unnecessary and distracting. I find it a bit difficult listening to the both of you 😅
Greetings from Germany
All English accents are fake, except the West Country Accent
