Yep, that thing is insane. And is the first e-bike I got to ride that actually changed my mind on ebikes a bit. Or at least gives me a positive feeling that they are going in the right direction and will be absolutely MONEY by the time I am ok with purchasing one. Of course we are lucky to be so close to the Mill but I still feel ebikes need to sort out reliability/warranty/etc. It's hard to even consider committing thousands to them when so many people I know have them in the shop all the time and don't even get to ride em. But ya ignoring all that, the new SN model is a treat. Just a planted Capra really. Def still an ebike and resistant to pulls and more tiring in the tech. But some of the corner feel I got on that thing... I wouldn't even say I'm a corner guy but sitting that extra weight through those Contis I actually felt like a good rider for once! (That said I just bought an MX Jeffsy... So that will be fun!)
Yo brother ! Congrats on the Jeffsy MX! That bike is a sick build and the Swiss Army knife of the YT inventory. Stoked you jumped on the SN! Corning feels like hooking up to a magnet doesn’t it? Man bummer about your buddies e-bikes. So far no issues with my full size Decoy or the SN. They are always ready to get shredy as much as my Capra. Hope we can link up for some laps someday. Thank you for always jumping on the podcast as well.
@@THESEGMENTPR Totally hoping to get out more next year. I try to get out to the group rides at least cuz I'm in north LA so don't tend to drive down every weekend. Kinda like once a month if I'm lucky. Also let me know if you need a set of hands for a filmer for anything. A lot of our riding up here got messed up post-covid. Lot of places destroyed or closed :( I barely even get to ride with people. I miss sessioning and filming and progressing
Pimped out and looks like jewelry. Another legendary bench mark design from YT. Honestly this is the best SL E bike on the market. I would go with this one personally over the other two models. Do it all Good Times shredder. Markus Flossman is a genius.👊👊👊
Thank you boys. New bike days are the best This build is really fun. Lighter than the normal ebike but more powerful than other light ebike in its class.
Thank you Neal. Anytime you can let me know. I’d be stoked to meet ya at the Mill and ride with you brother. I hear ya about the work and time. It’s always a hard balance and some weeks are harder than others. Thank you for all you do brother. Keeping us safe out there !
I am very interested in this bike but I am hesitant about the frame size. I currently ride a transition spire size M stem 32mm. I am 176 cm tall. I saw that you ride the bike in size M. How tall are you? What is the length of your stem? Have you tried a size L to compare? Thanks for your answer and keep it up your chain is great
Hi there. Thank you for watching. Here in the US the YT bikes are known to feel a little smaller on the frame. I am 5’6” (165cm) so the medium fits me just right. My buddy Joey is about your same height and he goes from the large to the medium size. He likes the medium in the SN because the front end is slacked out more. I did try riding the large and for me the front end felt like it was to far out there. Joey who is your same height tried the large and felt like he would want a medium. If you are close to the Mill I would really suggest you go in and try to demo them before you buy. You can demo for free and get 2 hours with the bike to really know how it feels
Congrats on the new new Mark! My SN-Brother 💪
Oh my gosh. You were right about this bike Milton. It’s really fun !!!!!
@@THESEGMENTPR Told ya! 100%

Awesome bike, i definitely need to go out there and demo a Decoy one day, it's just the getting the time off work is a bit difficult at the moment.
