Helpful insight.. I went for the 100 pump, but store the multi tool in the pump. Thank you for the tip about the in line pump bracket-I now have one on my Druid V2
@@grantwilliams2912 thanks for watching Grant! Glad to hear that you could take away something from it. I really didn't like the side mount. I was touching the pump in turns.
I have removed the bladder from my hip pack for a bottle, and I found the perfect balance. As I also do on trail support for friends I need a few substantial tools that cannot fit in the frame. But your setup is awesome. I ride tool less on bike parks and it is revelation! Nice video pal!
@@MikesBikes2020 thanks for watching Mike! I would love to have your trail support always with me. Then I could also drop some tools at home ... Hahaha. Jokes aside, yeah, the hip pack light is a solution, as you see on Mattia in the riding sequences in the video. But I still just so much enjoy to not have to carry anything, if possible. 🫶🏽 to Athens
I really like having my hip bag, it fits a ton of stuff including snacks, lots water and I look at as a little bit of lower back protection in a crash.
@@VEJIm hehe, that thing.... it's not ideal, but the best one I have tried so far. Look for "MR-02" and "mudguard" on Google and you should find some reseller. I think it's a German brand or something, at least in Europe there are several online Shops selling it around 40-50€
it seems like a solution looking for a problem to be honest. you can have all the essential tools under 200 grams in a way that it easily fits in a jersey pocket for the fifth, if not the tenth of the price. (65 grams cheap plastic pump, 2 tyre levers 25 grams, patch/plug kit 10 grams, 3 regular size allen keys 5-4-3 mm ~31 grams, maybe some regular size torx key if you need it ~15 grams) in my experience vibration from the frame kills pumps; they may keep working longer if carried on your person
