The Society for the Rule of Law hosted a book talk for his latest release, "Rebellion: How Antiliberalism Is Tearing America Apart - Again," in Washington DC. We discussed Kagan’s argument that, “although this crisis seems unprecedented, the struggle that is tearing the nation apart today is as old as the republic.”
