Ferris Rafauli truly has some of the most luxury and well designed homes that we have ever seen. What do you think about his un-matched style and design sense?
Clearly Rafauli knows his game. The detail, stone, bathrooms and bedroom decorations are quite something. Wearing stilettos down to the dock and not a stick of firewood needed for the fireplaces kinda kills the Muskoka legacy non? A swimming pool on Lake Rosseau? The lake is not clean enough to swim, or the owners would fear being bit by a lamprey? The decoration is really superb work Mr. Rafauli and you were just doing your wonders, but the theme of the Lake is something more reminiscent of the Masseys or McLaughlins. Maybe I need to do more swimming around Bohemia to get this, or more trips to Miami better, and less mid-night boat excursions at Norway Pt to not get run over by the Jet set on their "jet skis". Again, Rafauli it's beautiful work, narrow cliff and bluff lot, and very dressy inside, but each to his own. JW Rosseau did source their stone locally likely in the baths, perhaps Rafauli did here too.
Oh, I see you've mastered the art of virtual moving! It's a revolutionary way to experience the thrill of homeownership without the hassle of actually, you know, moving in. Bravo! Now, make sure to virtually unpack those virtual boxes and virtually enjoy the virtual amenities of your new virtually owned home. Happy virtual living!" 😄🏡🌐

Great camera works, particularly the run-down with the chandelier. But the interior design of the house is pretty average, just like any other luxury hotels in the world, but no character and certainly no home feel. The only unique piece is probably the full length chandelier. If the house is aiming at rich Asian buyers, the work is done ok, but still feel tasteless to those wish to pay $19m for a holiday estate.
It's way above average, let's be clear, I think it doesn't feel as intricate, aspects also feel commercial, but I think part of it is an almost mid century modern design which is known for not being intricate and also being common commercially now
We definitely agree! Even without the leafs on the trees during winter, It is so secluded by the hill but yet your still able to enjoy all the stunning views 😍

pretentious and soulless .. looks like a place where you would see high priced call girls and cocaine parties all while everyone is trying to impress each other...
Mansion but no wow-factor. Video-wise, the music background was a total turn off!! Why not use jazz music? Avoid background music with lyrics. Do same with you other videos.
still not as good as my bungalow at the beach in florida, you need a helicopter to get up to muskoka these days I would imagine. the traffic was insane back in the 80s

Fantastic work! This is your second FR home, and I think his ultra luxury work is the perfect showcase for your fabulous camera skills.
Thank you! 😊

Heated driveway??
You'd have to ask the agent. Could you see yourself living there?
Does he only build houses in Toronto ?
This Muskoka, not Toronto
@richardbanks6025 no I'm asking does he only build houses in Toronto
who said he builds in Toronto?@@davealtine5459
Ferris builds houses all over, We know of one project currently being built in Florida!
It's a dream I could never realize or just dream
It's a dream for many! Would you buy this home if you had the money? or would you want a different house?
Just moved in and it’s okay

Wow! I can’t even imagine being able to afford living in a house like that. Opulence above and beyond. 😳👍👍
Its nice and expensive and everything but it has no feeling of a home it looks like a big shiny church or something

Your calling this masterpiece pretty average? Prob from your mamas basement.

We'd love to shoot more homes designed by Ferris. Have you seen our other property tour we did for a home in Vaughan designed and built by him?
@@StalloneMediaToursYes I’ve watched it many times. It’s spectacular!
