Susan was very rude to Betty especially since she had just lost her husband. Every customer whether young or elderly deserve to be treated with respect. Besides Betty didn't even look that elderly, she looked very attractive. Nice to Tricia again, she's a great actress.
I don't get it either. Where I come from, older women over 40 make up most of the nail art clientele and most nail technicians are over 30. Younger girls and women usually can't afford to get their nails done as often or are working to much with our hands, like me working in daycare, to worry about getting our nails done or spending money to get nails professionally done. Older women are also interested in newer trends as well as classics. I see it all the time. So, I simply don't know where in the world, or the country, Vicky works in which she only expects young customers. She's the one who's obviously not in touch with the realities of the business.

Ironically, Tricia's Husband recently died in the other video too. 🤔 In one episode, Michael was like,"Date me or you're fired! 🥶😱😳😬 In the other episode, Michael tried to take credit for Tricia's work she did all night, after he forced her to miss her Son's Lead Acting in a play by having her redo her work. At the end, she was like,"I'm keeping my work and quitting and starting my own business!" It's nice to see Tricia and Michael's Characters being NICE to each other in this episode, rather than the toxic relationship their characters have in the recent Supermission videos of them together. 😀

I am old and called a "boomer", usually as an insult! If we are lucky to live a long time, we ALL get "old"! I know that when we are young, we think that getting old won't happen for a LONG LONG time! That is EXACTLY how I thought when I was a teen, and in my 20's and 30's, and technically it IS a long time! But here's the catch...the years have a way of sneaking up on you, and as you get older, the years seem to go by faster and faster, and before you know it, another year is gone, and another, and another, until one day you wake up and realize you are officially an old person! I know this concept doesn't make sense when you are young, because it is not happening to you...YET, but it WILL!! Getting old is not a punishment for anything I did in my life, that I should be shamed, disrespected, cursed at, or disregarded, just for being old!! I did NOTHING to cause myself to become old, it is just part of life! The character of a person, whether good or bad should reflect how a person is appropriately treated, NOT their age!!

I wouldn't understand why Vicky would be so rude to an older lady. At least where I come from, women over 40 make up way more than half of the normal clientele of the nail business. Younger girls and woman don't make up the majority of the clientele and business because it's the older woman who can afford to have their nails done much more often than younger ones. Most of the younger girls who have their nails done do so because of gifts from older relatives, especially for special occasions such as birthdays or the prom. I don't know where Vicky lives that she's only used to doing and expects younger women.
