Ma'am from 2014 to 2019 real estate prices remain stagnant due to demonetization and GST implementation. There were no growth whatsoever in real estate. Till 2021 prices were stagnant only. From 2021 there was a sudden spike in price where it went from 2X to 3X. Now residential prices specially in NCR is beyong the reach of middle income group and becoming more and unrealistic. Another stagnation may come from 2026 onwards which may last for 7-8 years. This is how real estate cycle works IMO.
after 2025 there will be 15%-20% correction in real estate market.. the moment newly launched projects will be delivered there will be sudden supply surge and it will shock the hypothetical prices.. ( 5cr. starting) right now its not safe to invest in NCR market.
@@Truly-Nitin Well real estate market will definitely become stagnant after 2026 but if you think there will be a 15-20% correction that won't come in real estate. In Delhi prices are almost stagnant since 2013. My property valued 1.5 cr in 2013 is trending at the same rate but there was no correction. In Noida forget that after Noida International airport and many other development on Yamuna Expressway Noida market will correct. As far as Gurgaon is concerned in last 25 years have you seen real estate correction in Gurgaon? In a nutshell both Noida and Gurgaon markets may see a stagnation in prices post 2026 for 5-7 years while Yamuna market will keep on growing due to lots of major development around that area. This is what I have observed seeing last 25 years trend.
