My Church used to have Zong Zi parties as a fun, fellowship activity. I would watch my mom and the other aunties intricately assemble the delectables with the various ingredients. I knew it involved a lot of preparation prior to assembly. This video explicitly demonstrates that. I tried on several occasions wrapping my own. I added peanuts, rice, Shitaki mushrooms, Chinese lapp cheurng sausage, and pork belly. Didn't really care for the egg yolk. I failed each time at wrapping! Peanuts, rice, and everything else would be all over the place! 🙁 Think this video will help me immensely at doing it the next time. Big thanks to you for sharing this video!

Hi. I'm from Brazil 🇧🇷 and I've never seen a dish like this. here we cook a corn dough on the corn leaf. it can be salty or sweet. 😔 does not have the subtitles in Portuguese.
