Go for ryzen one... Because intel one have motherboard issues
I think the information provided in your description is a bit misleading, the i7 12650h and i7 13620h have the same amounts of cores and threads, although the 13620h operates on a higher frequency. My source is the official intel website for the specifications of both these processors. Hope you have a look.
