Looks like a well thought out car, plus I like the hot hatch look. Only thing that I don't like is the rear window wiper. That portion of the rear window is almost completely horizontal... what's the point of the wiper?
i love this car as well. I am a bit skeptical about installing the fog light kit. Anyone know some sort of mod that can protect the lights from rocks on the road while not in use? they are too close to the road and easily get damaged from highway driving.

+ProGameplays507 they are going to discontinue the hybrid model in 2016 or 2017 I believe, then the Turbo model will take over but it will be much more expensive. it is really only $24-30 to fill up the tank, and driving conservatively will get you 40mpg easily. I commute on the freeway a lot to school and I've pushed 46mpg.

There is no spare tire. I own this car. The battery use under the foam. No spare tire
The weird thing about this car is that when it 1st came out I was at the dealership and it had back seats it was a 2 door but the seats folded forward and there were back seats so on wondering if they are 2 modders
US model never had back seats. JDM and Euro do I believe. Maybe they sent a demo from Japan just to get a look before the US model was ready.
I owned one of these, it was a fun car, suspension could have been a little better, not that sporty. CVT was meh. I hear they will be changing this to a real sports car in the next 1-2 years. Overall this is a fun little car, just dont expect sports car levels of fun.
FINALLY a 2018 CRZ with over 270 HP and better styling! ABOUT TIME!

Fyi spare tire is bellow the tools above the battery in the back.
These are tough to find. Especially one with a sun/moonroof...
"Gets great gas mileage, EVEN in the city." Should have said, "even on the Highway." Also, tires are "run-flat" types. That's why no spare is offered.
2018 a TURBO with 280HP! - OH SHIT!
While more and more automakers are expanding their hybrid platforms, Honda is going against the grain by taking a hybrid model and transforming it to a gasoline-only car.
Honda has announced that the next generation CR-Z will be running a turbocharged four-cylinder engine. Experts are expecting that Honda will use the same 2.0-liter, 280 horsepower VTEC that currently powers the Civic Type-R.
The car will most likely debut in 2017 as a model for the following year.
This will be the first time the CR-Z has been a gas-only car - ever since its debut in 2010, the CR-Z has featured a hybrid platform. The 2015 model (pictured above) is running a 1.5-liter gas engine and electric motor with a combined output of 130 horsepower.
Critics have complained that this powertrain is too weak for a sporty compact. And the coupe’s average 31 mpg is not enough of a fuel savings to justify the car’s watered-down performance.
Sales have been as lackluster as the car: Honda posted less than 3,600 sales in the U.S. last year for the CR-Z.
But Honda is betting that a turbocharged inline-four can get the CR-Z back on the right track.
“The two reasons that forced Honda to phase it out [in Europe and Australia], namely its weak street cred and lack of performance thanks to its ho-hum hybrid power unit, have been addressed.
“The new coupe will be a force to reckon with,” a Honda source told Car and Driver.

Its DEFINITELY happening! The 0-60 times will depend on what they allow the engine to do from the factory because they dont wont it faster than the type R ofcourse. ABOUT TIME is all I can say! It took the CRZ to NOT sell hardly any units for HONDA to WAKE UP!

How in the world does the Honda Accord Hybrid bet 60 MPG and its three times heavier? This CRZ needs to get at least 70 MPG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and come with auto start like the civic!

In all honesty you could only fit midgets back there, or 1 person taking up both seats and still be able to put their seatbelt on, no leg room at all. I just put the back "seats" down and someone lays back there, or a pillow or two could allow someone to sit back there comfortably

I'm disappointed in how many small changes they made they took out the Zenon headlights they shortened the door storage space and removed the spare from 2011 the only thing they did right is the LED drl more hp

Why I never subscribe to these types of channels?
It is annoying when the spokesperson presenting a car DOESN'T know all the features/and or how they work. "I don't know..." is not a good explanation of the features of the display.
If this video was intended to explain all the features then I suppose you would have a point.... but it was not.
This video was a visual exploration of a vehicle that I never seen before. I was able to identify some feature but not others.

This is without a doubt the lamest, worst review I have ever seen. I almost fell asleep!!! I have a 2015 and let me tell you it is awesome. Not a muscle car but it is fast and a blast to drive AND I get, consistently, 39-40 mpg. Not a family car but still a wonderful car.
Yeah I agree, if you already own this vehicle then I suppose this video would be rather boring :)
