So glad I found this. I'm 16 and only 5 foot, and I want a Honda CBR250 and I'm too, well short. This helps alot. However, does this cause an increase in tension in the rear spring.

Great video, I'm sure the ninja 300 and the ninja 400 are pretty similar, so this gave me an idea of how to go about the job. However, would it be a good/safe idea to use a rear bike mount to do this job?

i have these lowering links, i wanted to raise it a bit more, i lifted it like here in the video with that lift but the links still were not budging, it still felt stuck. Could'nt find a sweet spot. If I hit the long bolt out the other end, will my bike be okay? it wont fall right since the jack is what is holding it up. please answer.

Is it possible to increase the height of the ninja 300? I hear that the seating in that bike is very low and that its good for short riders. I kind of prefer a bit higher seating position bikes so I was wondering if there was a way to increase the height of the bike.

the farthest the distance of the holes, the lower the bike but, measure first what you need THEN use the correct hole. Usually the "bone" goes from 120mm to 150mm. My Tiger 900 Rally Pro standard is 100mm, 120 was too low, so I ordered a 110mm , the bike lowered 10mm (1cm) and high was perfect for a flat foot.

+Roaring Toyz, If people aren't too too short imo people should regret lowering their bike once the bike is moving. Stopping is 10% and 90% is riding. Lowering the bike makes it worse I assume. When leaning you want suspension travel when you hit something because when you bottom out leaning the bike can go down. I like the comfort knowing I can lean w/ confidence because I didn't lower the bike. I'm 5'275 and like 5'375 with the shoes. I can tippy toe both sides with like half an inch in the air on a stock '05 R6. I can flat foot on one side which means I'm covering the rear brake uphill. I just get off the bike and roll it with 2 feet on one side. There is no need to 2 feet backup while on the bike.
