I think the Viltrumite DNA would be more assertive, simply because they're genetically engineered to do so. It isn't simply dominate vs recessive genes, its been stated that it writes over other DNA to actually change the genetics of an individual.

One thing to note about Saiyans is that they are immune to the Extinction Bomb, which is a super virus that targets specific keyed populations and wipes out races on a planetary scale. So in theory, a Saiyan’s genetics should be immune to the Viltrumite DNA overwrite via crossbreeding. Also, as you said, Saiyan genetics are incredibly dominant, like you said-Such as Dragon Ball online, which is 200+ years after the series. (For reference, after only 100 years, in GT, Goku Jr. had less than 2% Saiyan DNA from his Great Great Great Great Grandfather, Goku. If the timescale of generations plays out the same, or about 2-3 more to be exact, there’d be less than even half a percent). In there, Saiyan Genetics were still prominent enough to cause Oozaru Transformations, grant latent access to Ki, and allow them to gain SSJ-Though the last one is admittedly through making a Wish to Shenron. All of which proves Saiyan Genetics are massively potent/dominant, and as such probably would be just fine. (Clean 50-50 split.) Viltrumite overwrite also happens over time. It was just hyper quick with Oliver because his race ages hyper quickly, but Mark took a substantially longer time to become nearly full blooded. Which means they’d stay a full hybrid for a decent while before they go and favor Viltrumites. Also, ignoring all of that, given Mark was still like 1% Human by the end, I’d argue that even if everything I said wasn’t proof enough to convince you, given Saiyan DNA is that effective even in such small quantities, it effectively wouldn’t matter. The Saiyan DNA would still show and affect the Hybrid, despite their overwrite. That’s just my two cents, though.

Saiyans actually get stronger from Training than Zenkai Boost. according to Akira Toriyama the more savagea saiyan is its harder to transform into a SSJ! A calm Heart during Peace time produces more S cells which gives them the potential to transform into a SSJ. THey still need to trigger the transformation through rage.

RADITZ ALONE would literally solo viltrum and all of its warriors. remember when thrags children splatted on mark cuz of how much stronger he was individually compared to them? thats whats happening to EVERY viltrumite if RADITZ ALONE pulled up.
