Chocolate Chip Cookies (Full recipe, I halved the recipe in the video)
2 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
12 Tbsp melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Set oven to 325 degrees. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl. In a larger separate bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Add egg, yolk and vanilla to sugar mixture, mix until all is combined. Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients. Mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon out mixture using a tablespoon onto cookie sheet. Bake for around 15 minutes until the edges are slightly brown and middle is still gooey. Allow to cool on cookie sheet. Enjoy!
Pizza Dough
1 cup warm water
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2-2 1/2 cups AP flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1 cup warm water, let sit until foamy (around 5-10 minutes). Add in flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until smooth. Let rest for at least 5 minutes. Roll out on floured surface to your desired size. Transfer to lightly greased pan. Roll edges to make crust.
Add all your favorite ingredients. Bake at 425 for 20-30 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling. Enjoy!

After a hard day at work in the kitchen and the yard, food is the great restorer of life.
That's the purtiest pizza 🍕 pie I ever saw.👢😋🙏
when Andy say's "Here's my plan".....you know it's gonna be a great video!
haha thanks
FYI, when your cookies have cooled and you put them in an air tight container, throw a slice of bread on top (just over night). Your cookies won't get hard, they will stay soft and chewy.
Great tip!
Great job.
On the Culvert. If I was a client, I'd be tickled to death. That pizza made me so hungry 😊😊😊 Thank you for the video
Hard work but sure does look good. Your meat lovers pizza is delicious....I like onions and mushrooms too. Those kids are great kids and are learning so much more than they realize. Thank you for another great video.
I wrote down the pizza dough recipe. It looked delicious. And those cookies, yum. Thank you for sharing. 😊
❤❤Meagan, this pizza looks awesome!! Wish I had a piece right now. 😂
Megan, you can roll the dough onto your rolling pin and then unroll onto your pizza pan. You can do it with pie crust too.
Jacob’s “looks good!” Is the sweetest 😊
You continue to amaze me with your abilities and determination! I love your way of facing life. This country needs more people like all four of you.
Lovely to see Jacob taking an interest in and participating in and learning work on the farm.
Thank you.
thank you
Long John's is a big help and they work in ark.
Cookies an pizza ! Mmmm good dinner an dessert ❤
Happy to see you today! I could watch you everyday but I know that’s asking too much! Blessings ❤
Right?!
It almost is seeming like an addiction 😂
But truly, it's more like a good habit.
Seems so good for the soul - both husband & wife can enjoy this program together ❤
And - it ISN'T the news!!!
God Bless The Lawsons❣️
Yall have gotten a lot of projects done so far this winter!!
we're trying
Wow, your boy has hit a growth spurt... he has shot up over the last few months. Going to be tall like his daddy.
I was just thinking exactly the same thing. That chap seems to have grown 3 inches in the past couple weeks.
You had it goin` on Andy. Enjoyed watching this.
Awesome job Lil Miss Maggie👏👏. I bet thoes cookies are scrumptious 👍😋👍.Jacob ❤his 🚜, growing and learning. Great job kiddo's
Awesome job, Andy! Glad it's behind you, now. Homemade pizza and cookies are treats for kids of any age. Looks delicious!
Good job 👍🏾 Andy, I really enjoyed you fixing the pipe water 💦 line 😊…Hey Megan 😊
You brought back memories of helping my dad and my grandpa bury the 4-in corrugated plastic field tile all around the couple of different properties that we had to fix drainage problems just like you did with that 15-incher. That's why I love watching you guys it's like a walk down memory lane on things I haven't thought about in decades.
I’m glad you enjoy the videos and they bring back happy memories!
It amazes me how you think things out and how good it turns out. I always learn something interesting every video. Good job Andy.
thank you
Nice job well done Andy👍🤓👍. That trailer is coming in real handy, nice investment 👍. Perfect weather to get those outside jobs outa the way. Much love Andy to you and your family from here in Michigan ❣️🙏❣️

You read my mind with that box blade! That thing works miracles! Good job!
Andy, great job on the culvert pipe. Meagan, I love the idea of saving the corner piece of the bacon to use as needed :) have a great weekend :)
give that little woman a little hug and kiss ,and give your man the same.,thank him for beening there for you.and the kids. amen.
Hello 👋 Andy, I wear lace up boots on a regular basis and I just do the wrap around, tie a square knot, and tuck the ends of the laces inside the top of the boot. Great work on the culvert project and it looks like you’re as spoiled as I am with the way Megan cooks. Blessings to you and your family and stay safe 👍💪🙌🙏🌈✌️🐽🐷🐖
thanks! first lace up boots I've had in years
That's a mighty good job you done puttin them pipes down and smoothing everything back up Andy yall keep the good work up and maggan keep on making them purty cookies and pizzas

@kimcwhite6509 that's where she's at lol 😆
Andy you are a beast, getting all that work done by yourself! Praying it makes a huge difference for your land and family
Always learning something new! You are getting a lot of things done hard work will pay off in the Spring. Homemade pizza and chocolate chip cookies yummy dinner.
You did a wonderful job and it looks great.
Looks like a dandy job was done with the drainage pipe and driveway. Getting ready for another BIG project building you'll have fun with also. Great job with the Pizza and cookies Megan and Maggie. Great way to end a hard working day with a great meal. Stay safe around there and keep up the fun you all have. Fred and family.
Excellent show, the editing back and forth was really nice. I love Jacob in the videos. Andy your dirt work was spot on. Till the next one.
Instead of long expensive culvert pipes, put in a French drain system. 4 inch ,100 ' rolls of perf pipe covered top and bottom with 2 " stone
idk I just don't think this is the right situation for a french drain, way too much water flows here when it rains
Andy, the new boots & shoes come with synthetic shoelaces that come untied all.the.time!!! I got my Grandsons some cotton shoelaces on Amazon for their soccer shoes. Just count the eyes & order for that. It made a world of difference in their sports & every day shoes. Love the big drainage project!!!
thanks for the tip, I might look for some
Andy, you wore them socks for two weeks? They can probably stand up on their own by now 🤣🤣🤣
Meagan that pizza looked absolutely delicious!
hahahaha, well not the same socks but same brand lol, shew wee don't you know that would stink
I think Andy has done this before. He makes it all look so easy.Nice job .
a time or two haha
all that work and that food - I'm tired and hungry!
Andy, If my hubby had all that equipment, he could do some damage!!! 😂
OMG! Your pizza is perfect! Full of meat and cheese just like I like to make 'em!! love ya'lls little helpers...godd kids!
Andy could probably eat the whole thing I love a lot of sauce on a pizza plus I want pepper and onion on a pizza that one looks good just put on the peppers and onion
haha yes I could
No doubt Andy you've done that job several times before in your life. It looks great. I'm not much of a pizza eater but that pizza looks delicious not to mention your and Maggie's homemade chocolate chip cookies. Y'all have a great weekend!
you too mark
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Well done folks! You both have big skills!
Andy, I thought you made a great video! & Dang that pizza looked great Megan!! 💖
Great great job Andy , amazing
Thanks for sharing your day with us
I do believe u can do anything!
Awesome job!
Give you something to try on the cookies…. When I take mine out of the oven I drop the cookie sheet from about 2 feet up on to the counter top. It knocks the air out and makes them dense and chewy. My kids called them “slam” cookies growing up.
I had to add the cookie recipe to your cookbook. Thank you for sharing.
Cheese is a major food group at our house too. Bought 6 pounds this morning.
Some good work Andy ! Don’t know why but I’ve always enjoyed working with equipment and projects like that.
2 things that made me shake my head. 1 was cutting that pipe with the chainsaw. I just never would have thought of it and when I saw you lining up on it I was like no !😮. Lol. Worked fine though didn’t it. 2. Was when I saw the loose wire. Before you said anything I was saying oh no ! lol. I don’t have enough days left in my life to tell you how many oh no’s !! I wasn’t paying attention moments. Only takes that split second. One of my biggest reckoning with my dad … I had one of my moments and when he was about to snatch me off the tractor I made the comment that I done it for educational purposes. He did not find funny. Should have knew better. I was approaching manhood but wasn’t quite there yet. A lesson hard learned time I dug the tractor out. Lol
haha that was actually the first time i'd ever dont that with the chain saw and it worked perfect, used a sawzall in the past
@
Hey, long as it works. Looked like it worked well.
I sure wouldn’t have thought it would’ve prior though. Lol
A job well done. And a good looking Pizza for dinner?
I am jealous. I would need dynamite and a jack hammer to break ground , but we are headed in the right direction. Great video.
Andy is handy! Enjoyed another good one. Thanks!
Thank You
Good job Andy. It was nice to watch yall today as always. God bless and have a wonderful blessed day
The food always looks delicious 😋 ❤❤❤❤
#AdoresyourfamilyTrueGrit
Nice job Andy looking good and the pizza look's so good Megan
wow it’s sunny where you are )
hi from Ukraine
Andy, the culvert project was a big job especially all by yourself. I an curious why you didn't put in a catch basin at the beginning end of the culvert to keep the soil from running into the culvert? Meghan, the pizza looks delicious. Blessings to you all.
once I get it sown in grass itll be fine, catch basins are expensive
You do pretty good with that litter crawler Andy. My pops was in heavy construction and drove a CAT D10T crawler dozer. After he retired, a friend took the 2 2 gears off of one then welded together large linked chains to make 4 legs and 2 arms and made a chair for him. Wish I could send a Pic but don't know how. Ya'll are hard workin' folks. BTW, I put pork belly in salt today for salt pork, how long to let it brine? Thank you!!!
Yes Indeed!!
Good Evening! great job!
❤❤You are a beast, Andy!
Pizza looks delicious 😋
Helpful hint, a scout sniper buddy of mine told me to fold my socks down over the top of my lace up boots. Keeps them from coming untied and stops your socks from sliding down. Give it a try brother tTt
Great job on directing the water.
Thank you!
Love watching the channel!
Camel City Mill socks are the best...a bit pricey but worth every penny. Nice job on the culvert work.
Meghan and Andy, I was wondering if you guys might make a video that shares some of the favorite varieties you have discovered growing. I know you mention them frequently in your videos, but your garden always looks so fantastic, my memory isn't the greatest, and I'm trying to sit down and think about the vatieties of vegetables I want to grow this year while I still have time. This will be my third year gardening, but I'm not a very skilled garden planner. I'd love to be able to grow some of those huge peppers you guys get, and paste tomatoes, corn, greenbeans etc. Items great for canning. Any help would be appreciated
What a terrific day you got to do that job for the rainwater.Andy you did a good job with the help of Jacob.that food looked real good.🥰🌺🌺
That was a really nice job !
Just found Y'all's channel a short time ago. Love it !!! If I was you though, I would find that beeper then cut and cap the wires after about 10 minutes of use on that excavator! Lol
I would love too! but having it out on job sites I have to keep all that stuff working
Understandable... Safety Third! Lol
Great job
Pizza looks great
thank you
Andy you all are awesome 👌
Please ask Megan to post a link to her cowboy candy egg recipe please I can't find it .
Nice video guys.
good job
Another great video. He kind of scared me digging there that’s Fred you gonna hit electric wires but you didn’t you did great ,Megan your pizza look good.😋 Thanks for sharing.❤
I have before on job sites
Nice video.
I use same pizza dough recipe
Great job 👍🏻
Pizza looks amazing! I love homemade pizza. I'm making that tomorrow night for supper. I have to ask you a question about your cookies...did you not add any regular or brown sugar? I went back and watched a second time and I never saw you do that. I thought they aren't going to be sweet except for the chocolate chips.
1 half cup of brown sugar, I think she said, and 1/ 4 cup of white sugar ❤
@ okay maybe she said it and just didn’t show it lol. Maybe I need to watch that part a 3rd time lol
@@laurielyon1892 😊
Awesome video yall! I have figured out that a little pre-cook on the pizza dough (about 5-7 ish minutes) before putting on the sauce and toppings makes for more even doneness overall and help keep from sticking.
I’m definitely gonna try that!!! Thank you!!
That was pretty killer Andy. Looked like you have done that before.
haha I've put a few in
Looks good
looks like the worlds best pizza
thanks
You are quite the machine operator my friend. Impressive.
Hey, all this work making me hungry. What time do Megan get off?
We had a saying in the mining industry: (if you don't control water, it will control you). I guess is true in all trades of life.
Where did you get your wooden spatula that you used on the bacon? I would like to purchase one.
Good job Andy. Did stuff like this for 40+ years. Not to be critical at all but do you have a cutting edge on your new tractor's bucket? If not I'm sure you have plans.
Down here in ga. Q5.18 for 10 x 2
I went to the sock website to check them out. There were so many pop up messages, It was difficult to see the product and description. I gave up on them.
wow I didn't have that problem on their sight
Jacob seems to be an inch taller in every video lately, he's going to be tall.
he grows like a weed
