    Thanks for this Westi! I tried registering on the ADGA site a few weeks ago, but had some issues. I’ll try it again following your steps! ♥️🐐♥️🐐♥️

      @@josebanda6705 If you were given paper applications you must mail them to ADGA, you can't do them online, unfortunately.

    can you register doeling or buckling if the dam or sire is unregistered? can you also register your own goats from other farm that is a not an adga registered herd?

      Unfortunately, no. Both animals need to be registered in order to register their offspring. If you're interested in raising registered animals, I recommend purchasing a registered doe/doeling and breeding her to a registered buck (you do not need to actually own the buck yourself, as long as the owner of the buck provides you with a Buck Service Memo with the date of the breeding).

    What does the “P” stand for in the ID?

      Good question, Purebred.

      @@twinpeartutorials8840 thank you! So I’d put that in front of the ID when I fill out physical registrations?

      @@lexiegoettlich8151 No, they will automatically be added for you.

      @@twinpeartutorials8840 okie dokie! There’s nine spaces for the ID and eight spaces in the actual ID of my goat. I was wondering what to do with that haha!

    Do you need to do DNA testing to prove whos the dam and sire?

    • @twinpeartutorials8840
      @twinpeartutorials8840  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is a great question! As of this comment in 2023, parents do NOT need to be DNA verified. However, bucklings born in 2024 and beyond MUST have DNA on file with ADGA before their offspring can be registered.
