One of my fav servants in the game, waifu material.
Musashi is one of the best servants in the game, useful and versatile skillset (np-gen/star-gen burst, pierce/buster, inv/dispell).
She's top 10 NP dmg whole game, thx to 50% buster, 2nd skill and 20-60% NP dmg; keep in mind overcharge increase NP dmg (bodhisattva CE and Edison buff can skyrocket her dmg). NP dispell on hit not before like Amakusa's and 1st skill doesnt affect the NP, so the np wont hit 14 times (you'll lose about 20% dmg).
With QABBB she has a huge card dmg, but not the best among sabers, she lacks of any att up skill so buff her with a charisma or similar skill.
Star gen and np gain is not easy with her cardset but she can do it 1 time every 6 turns with her 1st skill (ABQ = 54% gauge no overkill; her quick card hits 6 times and generates a min, of 11-14 stars; even better if you use her 3rd skill, but star gen is not her role. With new health bar system if you have 1st skill in CD you can use arts at the end to overkill.

No offense I wasn't really listening to what you were saying at all since I wasn't able to pull her. I was too busy staring at Musashi kicking ass in the background. She is by far one of the coolest designed servant at this point in the game. Beautiful and Elegant, I see no point moping around about not getting her for gameplay reasons, but I'm truly sad I don't have a servant as good looking as her. ( Scathach comes close in a more minimalist way, no surprise considering they're both drawn by the same artist)
I personally think Scathach is actually cooler-looking, I'm a sucker for her buster attacks.
That same illustrator drew Mata Hari, weakest Servant in the game but the one that lets you survive Goetia's first turn.
I know Mushashi is superior as far as damage goes, and I also see a lot of people here talking about Saberlot, but I have to say this: Nero Bride has a special place in my heart now and will probably always be my number one ST saber.
She might not put out as much damage as the other two or even other sabers, but she is so much fun to use. She’s super versatile being able to be the damage dealer or the supporter and generally has helped me out a lot in some of the toughest battles I’ve had to do.
There are like 2 servants that might have helped me out more, those being Waver and Heracles, but it’s really unfair to compare her to those two. (Though I think it says a lot that she is as important to my team as two of the most broken servants in the game.)
Anyway, for that reason I skipped out on Musashi. (That And I’m saving for Merlin again when he rolls around I didn’t get him this time, but I REALLY want him I will get him, eventually.... hopefully! )
I have Nero bride, saberlot and musashi and Nero bride is my main too. SHE'S THE BEST WAIFU! I have her now at level 100 and 10/10/10 skills. ALL HAIL THE EMPEROR!

When I rolled Musashi after having only Siegfried since launch, I absolutely flipped out. Immediately maxed her out and she's now one of my favorite units in the game. Plus she's super cute and outgoing and what's not to love about that?
Aaron Tran she's really a cheerful easygoing lighearted openhearted vagabond, also pretty noisy and talkative. Not to mention she's very kind to her friend. Her flaws (weak to pretty boys and girls, weak to flattery) only make her cuter
I've been looking forward to Musashi's Spotlight for awhile!! Even I thought she was 1 of the Best Sabers in FGO from what I saw of her Skills, NP, and how unique she is, and I'm glad I was right!! Also, I already have her, so I'm working on Leveling her up and Ascending her as much as possible!! I Love her personality as well!! I'm looking forward to using her for the rest of this year so I can "Master" using her. Keep being Awesome, Sober Oni, and I'll cya in the Next Spotlight!! ^_^
Fifth Form is quite tricky indeed.
I managed to get her after my dupe Orion from GSSR. It was some nice redemption, so I was very happy! Same thing happened on jp. I got Da Vinci from GSSR then a multi later Beni-enma. New Years was pretty great for me. Great review, as always and I'm gonna check out your rolls now.

Half a year (since the Summer Event!) saving SQs was worth it, I got her NP2. I'm already grailing her.
Thanks for the spotlight; it will be useful and FINALLY I understood how Fifth Force works.
A Nice Review as usual. I managed to pull Musashi myself and here's some things that I like about her.
+Very Strong NP Damage with Invul Pierce and Buff Removal.
+High Attack Stat with Triple Buster Deck for Consistent Face Card Damage.
+Double Hits can generate some Stars and can get you a lot of NP if you have Arts card at the end.
+Decent Hit Counts at base on her Deck.
+Beautiful Waifu version of Legendary Swordsman.
Issues you need look out for:
-Long Skill Cooldown times with effects that only last one turn as G&A mentioned.
-Reliance of Skill, when on Cooldown after one turn her capability drops like a rock.
-Reliance on Card RNG, my biggest issue with Musashi since her 1st lasts only one turn you need to have a good bunch of her cards for Brave chain, but that's up to luck.
-Lack of Crit Skills, With no Crit Absorption or Crit Damage Skills she will need some sort of Assistance being able to deal any crit damage.
-Triple Buster deck can interfere with the ability to perform Arts Chain with your supports
Musashi is definitely not some brainless servant to use like Gilgamesh. You really need to familiarize with her cards and skills to make good use of her otherwise you'll probably use her as a ST NP Nuke.

I think venting on your vids improves my luck XD After the Ishtar debacle I had a couple of painful spooks with Merlin. Xuanzang np2 and Nightingale np2 both with the rainbow sparks. Immediately after the Nightingale 10 roll I got a golden spark which was Merlin. Had enough for a few more 10 rolls. New year's banners roll along and I get Altria Lancer for gssr. Definitely appreciated. Then I thought fuck it might as well try the Musashi banner for the CES. Few rolls in Musashi. Perfect start of the new year :D Also that nping twice in a row is no joke. Firstname Lastname To be fair, literally every buster servant is insane with merlin as their support. Same with waver, they pretty much go well with anyone because of how broken they are. So i kind of get why it's not worth mentioning
@dedpal merlin can make servants crit. quick can be helped with that crit skill too
dedpal technically speaking his buster buff also acts as a health boost and a crit damage buff (no crits without stars), so even then he works really well

Well I got musashi using 9 tickets and 60 saint quartz well in the philippines there was perfect time for gacha roll and that time is before 3:30am of the morning

Musashi is strong, no doubt, but I wouldn't consider her the strongest Saber in my kit. That honor goes to Saberlot for being able to fire off back to back NP Arts Crit Spam Overloads for three turns, keeping consistent damage throughout, and just getting better when you throw Tamamo Caster in the mix to reduce those cooldowns so he can fire off even more.
Saberlot is actually a 7* saber
I agree with this, also the fact that bosses in future contents would have multiple HP bars, means you can't one shot them to die, so Musashi would have a really hard time to build up all her skills to NP effectively.

Musashi was kind to me and came home within my first multi. She is both beautiful and strong! I am thrilled to have her as part of my team, she will wreck Lancers and Berserkers! I agree about the cooldowns though, which is why some thought needs to go into when you use them.
Tried Fifth Form at LV 5 with Golden Sumo & my jaw dropped. I’m glad to have her!

Well since Shimosa dropped I decided to drop a few tickets into it cause why not. Ended up getting her within 4 tickets. It's gonna be interesting trying to work her into my team comps since I primarily run arts teams.

Finally my first SSR!
I got a habit of using her with mlbed Three Great Heroes with 40% starting NP, and 20% np dmg up and star gen. Together with other sources of Crit star she should be able to Crit very often - and building fast NP gauge.
Decided to use 4 tickets today to try and get Izome, the first arrow CE since I'm a big Archer fan. Got Musashi, Helena and 2 3* servants instead. A bit salty about Izome but still those are some amazing spooks :D
Makes me wonder what the Merlin review will be once it comes out
For the second rate up, was looking for Archer Inferno, got Musashi, I still say that is a great day.

I only had 90SQ and was planning on saving for Okita. But being the weak willed individual that I am, who can’t hold on to his quartz I ended up trying for Musashi and was lucky enough to get her on the second multi, which was awesome and I’ve enjoyed using her a lot. But I’m probably still gonna roll for Okita when she returns though :)
whenever i have needed a saber from the support list Musashi's usefulness is only rivaled by Mordred in my experience, and thanks to the thanksgiving event that just happened i got her myself.

Didn't want to miss out on Musashi again, so I had to buy quartz from the shop, and went all in for NP2. Took me three long years to finally get her
Only needed 4 tickets to get her, didn't really need another Saber but I really like her design and NP animation so I'm happy to get Mushashi.

I may not have her now but I'll be damned if I don't have her by the end of the year. Out of all the limited Servants she's the one I've wanted the most since her debut along with Scathach. Until then I'll keep this video saved for when I do.

This must have been the luckiest 2 weeks I've had in this game: First got Merlin in 6 singles, then got Quetz (along with Nito!) in fairly short order, vanilla Jannu in GSSR, and finally Musashi (along with Caster Gil) in a 10-roll after using up my tickets! With my Cu Alter from his first banner, I think I'm set for Buster memes for a long time.

is a good CE due to the fact it offerc starting NP, and buffs er OC effect which adds to her sickhuge damage on NP.

I keep needing to remind myself that she comes back for Shimosa, and that I should hold my quartz for the moment. But damn, watching Fifth Form work its magic in that trial quest... [loud sweating] ... that made me REALLY like her abilities as a servant, plus I really liked sword waifu conceptually beforehand.
I wasn't planning on rolling on the Shimosa banners (gotta save for Eresh); nevertheless, I decided to throw a single ticket on the part 1 banner because why the hell not.
Skipped the summoning animation aaand Musashi appeared.
Never in my life have I needed something so much & never known until I received it.
Since the attack reduction on Fith Form isn't a demerit it can be blocked by debuff immunity or removed by debuff clear btw.
Her design is absolutely gorgeous, but she is not the 5 star saber I’m saving for. Okita still pulls her weight around just fine and there’s Saber Liz if I feel like going buster.

Finally I have Mushashi at 90, 10/5/5 skills. Now that I have her, I wasn't even rolling for Mushashi it's was for Yagyu. But it's still even better to have her even though my account is loaded with Arts servants. Along with Nero Bride as support for Mushashi and Mushashi for my primary damage dealer and Nero for the finisher if needed then one support, Waver or Shakespeare.
Cool, I’m glad Musashi came to me! I wasn’t planning for her at all. Was hoping to get CEs but she came and this really helps me understand how to use her more. I’m still dedicating most mats for Arthur coming up but I’ll definitely give her some love in the meantime!

I don't think so, don't see any events that give those in the near future.
Managed to pull Musashi and I have just the best supports I can for her. Waver for damage and survivability, Tamamo for skill cooldown and potential NP spamming, and Jack the Ripper for star generation. I'm gonna have fun with her. Now to wait for Sherlock Holmes.
New year is the best day I ever had. I got musashi, spooked by jack in Merlin's banner and got Merlin. For a f2p player this is a super lucky thing. What's more impressive is how those three are compatible with each other. Jack gives crit stars for musashi to better boost her attack and merlin gives attack buffs and support buffs to prolong her survivability. Jack also makes fifth form fun to use since having a 100% crit chance on a brave chain using fifth form will guarantee a 100% np. But I guess using Merlin is too boring, so I'll use this setup when I really need it.

I got her to NP2, honestly didn't expect that at all. I planned on whaling for her and Tomoe when Shimosa comes out, I just spent my leftover quartz from Merlin's banner to get the urge out of my system. Oh well, I'm not gonna complain

Though now she's still my 2nd strongest overall Saber---albeit the BEST Soloer Saber and most versatile... Because my Artoria is NP5 so Excalibur still hits just as hard but on more enemies...
Buuuuut I mainly saved half a thousand SQ for Musashi because she's Musashi and a cutie, so it's still good :3

My grailed Musashi-chan is the best Servant I have in JP and one of my favorite, she can kill a hard boss in 4/5 turns with enhanced command cards. Got her in May and already Bond 10 ❤️

I got Musashi with one ticket, I'M very happy not just because she is my sixth five stars servant as a f2p, but also because she is the readon why I star to play this game.

After I failed to get her in a multi roll, I later got her with a single roll. I'm so happy that I got her partly because of Ayaneru, but mostly because I really wanted a 5* Saber.

I got my NP5 Musashi too lvl 100 10/10/10. She is the servant i was waiting the most for and the only on i actually whaled hard for. Used a lot of the money i got from Christmas for her. Worth.

Eh, I already have Nero Bride who fits into more of my potential team set-ups. Love pairing her with Tamamo and Zerker Vlad. Has made for some pretty effective clearing story mission/harder level questing.
