      Update: I did, in fact, make this for Father’s Day and he loved it! The orange flavor was really nice.
      I had a slightly smaller pan so I left it in for about 10 minutes less in the oven. Came out great, better than the cheesecakes at restaurants!

    Beth - I've been making BBCC for a while now and I use homemade Ricotta instead of cream cheese. It's much lighter and it's really delicious!!!

    This was so easy and delicious! If you wanted to decrease the sugar slightly it would be possible and still taste amazing (I would do that next time)

    Hi Beth, I am currently baking the cheesacke and it smells amazing. It has been an hour and 10 minutes in the oven and going for an additional 5 minutes since the middle is as a white as snow. Should I keep trying to get it golden brown or take it our already? Best.

    I am running, not walking, to my kitchen to get my ingredients out! If I start now, it should have enough time to cook, cool and hang out in the fridge so I can have a piece before bedtime! I don’t have an orange or even dried orange zest, so I’m deciding whether to go au naturel or add in some orange extract. I can’t believe it, but I don’t even have a lemon or lime! It’s okay - it will just give me a baseline to compare for the next one! 😉

      Ha ha ha I hope you enjoy it! You know what I would do if you didn’t have orange zest I would just use vanilla extract like 1 tablespoon so it has really great vanilla flavor that would be perfect or if you have any vanilla bean that would be even better but vanilla extract would do the trick just crank it up to 1 tablespoon let me know what you think!

    This recipe looks fantastic, Beth, thank you for sharing ! I love that it has no crust, looks very easy. I was wondering if you think I could replace the flour with corn starch. I can’t eat gluten and because the amount of flour is so small, I thought maybe I could swap without compromising the texture too much. Thank you for the upload, have a great week !
