Hi Gianluca, your videos helped me understand my daughter's journey to med school. I could advise and support her when needed, all because of your videos. I started following your channel when she was in the undergrad program, and now she is in med school. You answered my question three years ago regarding the MCAT score. I can't thank you enough for making videos for the students who are pursuing to med schools. Keep up the good work!
This is amazing to hear - thank you so much for checking back with this :) I'm really glad that she was able to get in and I hope that she has been enjoying medical school so much. With a parent like you, I'm sure that she will do well 😎 Wish her the best of luck from me and all the best
Hi everyone, please leave a like on this video if you found it helpful and feel free to ask any questions that you'd like answered in the comments section. Moving forward, I will try my best to answer all comments on a video for at least the 1st week that it's up. Best of luck studying and with the exam 💪
This is amazing dude tysm! Would you apply this plan to non trads as well? As in never have taken these science courses before? My bad if I missed it incase you addressed it! Helpful as always :)
You’re welcome :) yes the schedule does work for non trads, however in my experience 3 and a half - 4 months is a better time line so just extend as you need to. You’ll have a better idea once you write your first full length MCAT after step 0 and the first week of studying Best of luck with it!
Hello and thank you for your response Dr. C, I really appreciate it :) 1. Do you have the KrackU topics checklist that you can post as well ? 2. As a native born English speaker (born and raised in Canada), is it possible to consistenly practice CARS passages and not score well ? Also, what should I do if I run out of CARS passages to practice on ??? Thank you very much
No worries Herman 🤙 1) unfortunately I can’t post the KrackU one as it’s a paid resource - but the AAMC list is freely accessible. Alternatively, you can sign up for the KrackU free trial and see it there 2) it’s always possible to not score well - even if you’re a native English speaker. You can be doing well in practice tests and just be off on test day as well. Your goal over 3 months is to improve your CARS consistency. Please refer to my linked cars study guide if you’d like to know about my study plan. All the best
I think that CARS is definitely harder for anyone taking the MCAT in a language that is non-native to them. The important thing to consider here is that you will get better with consistent practice and time spent 🔥however, when I designed my plan with the 3 month time frame, I did make the assumption that reading and comprehension skills were "average" for a premed level. If this is more difficult for you, then you could always expand your time frame to reflect the rate that you're improving. All the best with your prep :)
Hi Herman, here's the official "what's tested" document from the AAMC: students-residents.aamc.org/media/9261/download I'll put it in the video description as well 🤙

@@nxtgenmd Thanks !
Do you believe that anyone can score in the top percentile for the CARS section if reading isn't exactly their forte ??? Thanks !

Also can you add the checklist for the topics as you said... I can't find it anywhere. Thanks !!
