I'm trying desperately to seek out the Lord. I have been doing so for over a year now but I still don't believe I have found Him. It causes me great distress. There are times I feel guided and prayers that get answered but I have never been baptised yet with the Holy Spirit despite diligently seeking this and true intimacy with Jesus. My sister in Christ. Don’t worry, the fact that you’re trying is by the graces of our Lord. Many don’t even want to seek him at all. I’ve been back with our Lord for 6 years and I do agree that few are truly seeking God. Continue to wait on him. I’ve been praying for my husband and son too. God will convert them when the time is right. Our soul is so important! Please don’t give up. Stay close to Jesus. Don’t allow yourself to go without praying for a day. Pray as much as you can each day. Jesus will help you when you a bide in him. When you come to know that you need him down to the minute you are blessed because only in this way our power is strong in him. Tell me - isn't your life made up of deeds? Each thing you do is 1 deed, right?
Every single day is made up of deeds and so is your entire life. IF deeds are not important than based on what is your judgement going to be? On happy talk?
When you go in front of God do you really think he will just say - oh, you know what
- it doesn't matter that you lived to your flesh as much as possible;
- it doesn't matter than you took drugs;
- it doesn't matter that you insulted and ruined so many people lives in order to get rich, BECAUSE JESUS PAID IT ALL FOR YOU.
Do you really think this will happen and then he will just let you into heaven?
Did GOD really let his son Jesus down here on earth so that they can beat him and torture him beyond comprehension, ASIDE FROM THE CRUCIFIXION so that you can do all that you want and still go to heaven?
Are you a true FOLLOWER of Jesus? Does the way you live proves that? If you have to stand in front of Jesus right now, can you tell him that you lived according to his will, that you knew him?
Stop turning your ears only to the scriptures that make you happy and profitable. JESUS was born in a stable. He was poor. Was he trying to get rich? NO!
Sometimes God let us to be poor so that we can learn many lessons. Have you ever met somebody who has never suffered or gone through hardships in life? They tend to be spoiled, selfish, self-important, prideful brats, especially if they are unaware of suffering that others have gone through. They have a little bit of satanic pride at their core, because they take goodness and comfort for granted.
Maybe that's why suffering exists, so that when we get to heaven, we don't start up another rebellion against God. We learn here on the earth what rebellion against God causes: suffering and anguish and death. So that when we get into the new heaven and the new earth, we aren't dumb enough to repeat the mistakes of the past.
This life is a training ground, where we learn to walk by faith. And maybe suffering is like pain: there is good pain, like when you exercise and your body hurts from growing stronger, and then there is bad pain, like when you get shot with a gun. And sometimes the truth hurts, and God hurts, especially if it means giving up an evil habit that has a grip on our lives. It hurts to give up smoking, or alcoholism, or porn, or whatever addiction a person might have. It hurts, but it is a good kind of hurt.
You probably know that God read our minds and can reach the deepest points of the feelings in our hearts. Nothing is hidden from him. So because of that I will ask you the following 2 things :
1. Are you a christian just because your present situation is financially stable and good? Are you a Christian Because you do not lack anything and you want to express you joy into something and you call this something GOD? Will your faith remain if you lose your money? If you lose your reputation?
2. NOW, IF YOU HAVE TO PUT ASIDE ALL your THINGS AND LIVE IN POVERTY while also others are making fun of you for believing in some OLD BEARDED man in the sky, WILL YOU STILL BE A CHRISTIAN? will you be content only with JESUS? You do not need to reply to me. Because as I stated above, God knows our hearts and thoughts even before we know them. By asking you these 2 questions he already knows the answers, the first thoughts that came to your mind. He got them. So? How does it feel? This is a little case of mixed-feelings right?
See? We all fall short to Jesus. We all sin and only through him and his grace and mercy we are saved, but he must KNOW US!!! Can you save a homeless animal from being beaten up with sticks from some kids without knowing it? Without knowing where this animal is located? You can’t, no matter how much you want and would do for it. You don’t know where it is!!! Can you save this animal if it is trying to bite you? Are you knowing Jesus? Are you trying to hug him instead of bite him?
Read those 2 verses :
1. Luke 6:46 > “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?
2. Mark 7:6,7 He replied, “Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written: “‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. 7 They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely HUMAN RULES.
Please, turn to Jesus and do not try to play double games with him. You love the world and you love Jesus? You support fornication, taking drugs and all this vomit and you claim you know and LOVE JESUS?
Many Christians say - but we go to church!!! We are christians, we love God? Really?
Who is GOD FOR YOU? Who is Jesus to you? Is he just some random icon in the church? Or is he something more profound and something that you have a relationship with?
Matthew 7:22 > On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR JESUS? WHAT HAVE YOU SACRIFICED FOR HIM? Have you told your friends and people around you about him? Or you are just afraid that if you do so they will consider you crazy?!?! Have you taken your cross?
Going to church pronouncing some empty words cannot SAVE YOU!!! Same is with reading and citing some bible verses everywhere on the internet without knowing Jesus. I don’t mean that you must reject and stop reading the bible, but do you know what those verses mean?
Are you still relying on someone to bring you to JESUS? Let me ask you this > can someone find you a partner and build you a relationship with him, instead of you? Will it be a true, genuine love between you two? Do not rely on pastors to bring you JESUS CHRIST. GET DOWN ON YOUR KNEES AND SAY > Dear Jesus(Yeshua), I know that you are the son of GOD, I know that you died for my sins, I want you in my life!!! Please help me, because I can’t manage without you. I love you and I want to be next to you. Please remove all my ego, pride and selfishness. Bring me close to you!!!
Guys, Only a genuinely- wanted from you relationship with JESUS CAN save us. Jesus is the only way to heaven. Pray to him, sincerely from your heart. Ask yourself in every situation that you find yourself > what would Jesus do if he is in my place now.
And again!!! Don’t embrace the happy Christianity where it is all happy talk and profit. THERE WAS NOTHING Happy about HOW OUR KING JESUS suffered on the cross so that we can be saved. DON’T open your ears only to the verses that make your life more profitable.
What do you think and what your consciousness tells you about PASTORS(considered great ones from the society) THAT LIVE IN houses for millions and have garages full of expensive cars, while billions are starving? Do You think that is normal and acceptable?
And DO NOT live for Jesus and speak about him only in private, BECAUSE HE DIED FOR YOU IN PUBLIC.
Let me ask you something about the church. If you were SATAN, WHERE WOULD YOU ATTACK FIRST?? YOU WOULD ATTACK THE RELIGIOUS SYSTEM FIRST. Do you think that this is not already done? DO NOT BELIEVE BLINDLY IN WHAT THE MASSES are claiming. Do not be the next misled sheep following the flock.
And remember > always doubt what even the most credible and respected preacher tells you. Listen only to Jesus after you have established your relationship with him. Because our King Jesus is the son of God, and only by him we can be saved.
Also, some people are like > but there are no computer games in heaven like counter strike and such where I can be better than others? !!! Where others will ENVY my achievements? DO YOU REALLY THINK that this way or thinking is divine?
Do you think that with the mentality of watching others suffer and having ENVY is heavenish behaviour? Do you really think that if things like envy, watching others being lower than you and feeling pleasure at that means you have known GOD. Do you really think that its no problem because it's just a game? ... IT IS NOT.
Also, you cannot hide from God. If you ever have played a computer game like WoW, you know there are GM’s, admins that have more power than the regular players, characters in the game. And so is GOD the admin of this world. You cannot hide from him no matter how deep you hide in earth. If he wants, he can find you simply with his thought and you will instantly teleport to him. You can’t think and say oh, God will not see that. He sees everything. It’s like a computer. Every 0.0000001 second of your existence is stored in a register(called the book of life) which when the time(your judgement) comes will be clicked on and REVIEWED.
Why are there things occuring around us that we cannot understand > because we abused our free will. Let me ask you this > Is God responsible for mothers drinking and smocking 2 packs a day during pregnancy? Is he responsible of our weaknesses?
Corinthians 2:9 9 But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has stored for those who love him.
But love him, get to know JESUS. Show love, compassion towards others. Yes, even to the dirty homeless man that you regurarly see on the street. FEED HIM, CLOTH HIM! Show him respect and love!!!
Hebrews 13:2 Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
Everyone can love their friends and family but CAN YOU love your enemies. Can you love those who curse you and spit on you. See? Jesus loves them and cares from them. Be like him if you want to call yourself a follower of Jesus.

Hey brother Nicholas. I hear what you're saying. I fail Jesus everyday with something. Sometimes it's passing up a homeless person, or sometimes it's something stupid I'll say (to be funny in a bad way), or even watching a secular movie or TV show for my entertainment. All of that is "the way of the world." To get right with Jesus, we need to stay focused on Him... by reading His Word... everyday. Pray all throughout the day (short prayers, long prayers, whatever is coming from your heart.) Fasting (there are different kinds.) If you can get away from worldly things, and focus on Jesus, things will start to fall in place for you.
Why don't you just get quiet and seek Jesus, pray.

Thank you, I'm sad too. Sad that life distracts me from prayer and reading the Bible with Jesus, yes, I read the Bible and I ask, what does this passage mean? Tell me Lord, I want to know. Not what I think it says our what the majority of pastors or Christians say or believe it means....I want YOU LORD, to tell me what your words mean. Life gets me busy and then I get tired and don't spend the time reading and quietly and alone commune with Jesus. And if it's hard for me, even though I want to spend every moment of every day growing in Jesus and his word... Then how will these people who are lost care to ever stop long enough to listen.... Only by God's intervening.... We scatter the seed and the Holy Spirit waters the word and prepares their ears.
Your dream reminded me of the wedding of the bride and groom (Jesus and the Church) and when no one who was invited showed up, Jesus said to go out to the street and invite ANYONE who will come. I need to go find that scripture and study. Thank you for reminding me that nothing else is more important than spending quality time with Jesus.
The phone will always be ringing, making us think we must drop everything and answer it... But it's not always that important. In fact most of the time it's an unnecessary distraction from what we are doing that IS important.

Tell me - isn't your life made up of deeds? Each thing you do is 1 deed, right?
Every single day is made up of deeds and so is your entire life. IF deeds are not important than based on what is your judgement going to be? On happy talk?
When you go in front of God do you really think he will just say - oh, you know what
- it doesn't matter that you lived to your flesh as much as possible;
- it doesn't matter than you took drugs;
- it doesn't matter that you insulted and ruined so many people lives in order to get rich, BECAUSE JESUS PAID IT ALL FOR YOU.
Do you really think this will happen and then he will just let you into heaven?
Did GOD really let his son Jesus down here on earth so that they can beat him and torture him beyond comprehension, ASIDE FROM THE CRUCIFIXION so that you can do all that you want and still go to heaven?
Are you a true FOLLOWER of Jesus? Does the way you live proves that? If you have to stand in front of Jesus right now, can you tell him that you lived according to his will, that you knew him?
Stop turning your ears only to the scriptures that make you happy and profitable. JESUS was born in a stable. He was poor. Was he trying to get rich? NO!
Sometimes God let us to be poor so that we can learn many lessons. Have you ever met somebody who has never suffered or gone through hardships in life? They tend to be spoiled, selfish, self-important, prideful brats, especially if they are unaware of suffering that others have gone through. They have a little bit of satanic pride at their core, because they take goodness and comfort for granted.
Maybe that's why suffering exists, so that when we get to heaven, we don't start up another rebellion against God. We learn here on the earth what rebellion against God causes: suffering and anguish and death. So that when we get into the new heaven and the new earth, we aren't dumb enough to repeat the mistakes of the past.
This life is a training ground, where we learn to walk by faith. And maybe suffering is like pain: there is good pain, like when you exercise and your body hurts from growing stronger, and then there is bad pain, like when you get shot with a gun. And sometimes the truth hurts, and God hurts, especially if it means giving up an evil habit that has a grip on our lives. It hurts to give up smoking, or alcoholism, or porn, or whatever addiction a person might have. It hurts, but it is a good kind of hurt.
You probably know that God read our minds and can reach the deepest points of the feelings in our hearts. Nothing is hidden from him. So because of that I will ask you the following 2 things :
1. Are you a christian just because your present situation is financially stable and good? Are you a Christian Because you do not lack anything and you want to express you joy into something and you call this something GOD? Will your faith remain if you lose your money? If you lose your reputation?
2. NOW, IF YOU HAVE TO PUT ASIDE ALL your THINGS AND LIVE IN POVERTY while also others are making fun of you for believing in some OLD BEARDED man in the sky, WILL YOU STILL BE A CHRISTIAN? will you be content only with JESUS? You do not need to reply to me. Because as I stated above, God knows our hearts and thoughts even before we know them. By asking you these 2 questions he already knows the answers, the first thoughts that came to your mind. He got them. So? How does it feel? This is a little case of mixed-feelings right?
See? We all fall short to Jesus. We all sin and only through him and his grace and mercy we are saved, but he must KNOW US!!! Can you save a homeless animal from being beaten up with sticks from some kids without knowing it? Without knowing where this animal is located? You can’t, no matter how much you want and would do for it. You don’t know where it is!!! Can you save this animal if it is trying to bite you? Are you knowing Jesus? Are you trying to hug him instead of bite him?
Read those 2 verses :
1. Luke 6:46 > “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?
2. Mark 7:6,7 He replied, “Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written: “‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. 7 They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely HUMAN RULES.
Please, turn to Jesus and do not try to play double games with him. You love the world and you love Jesus? You support fornication, taking drugs and all this vomit and you claim you know and LOVE JESUS?
Many Christians say - but we go to church!!! We are christians, we love God? Really?
Who is GOD FOR YOU? Who is Jesus to you? Is he just some random icon in the church? Or is he something more profound and something that you have a relationship with?
Matthew 7:22 > On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR JESUS? WHAT HAVE YOU SACRIFICED FOR HIM? Have you told your friends and people around you about him? Or you are just afraid that if you do so they will consider you crazy?!?! Have you taken your cross?
Going to church pronouncing some empty words cannot SAVE YOU!!! Same is with reading and citing some bible verses everywhere on the internet without knowing Jesus. I don’t mean that you must reject and stop reading the bible, but do you know what those verses mean?
Are you still relying on someone to bring you to JESUS? Let me ask you this > can someone find you a partner and build you a relationship with him, instead of you? Will it be a true, genuine love between you two? Do not rely on pastors to bring you JESUS CHRIST. GET DOWN ON YOUR KNEES AND SAY > Dear Jesus(Yeshua), I know that you are the son of GOD, I know that you died for my sins, I want you in my life!!! Please help me, because I can’t manage without you. I love you and I want to be next to you. Please remove all my ego, pride and selfishness. Bring me close to you!!!
Guys, Only a genuinely- wanted from you relationship with JESUS CAN save us. Jesus is the only way to heaven. Pray to him, sincerely from your heart. Ask yourself in every situation that you find yourself > what would Jesus do if he is in my place now.
And again!!! Don’t embrace the happy Christianity where it is all happy talk and profit. THERE WAS NOTHING Happy about HOW OUR KING JESUS suffered on the cross so that we can be saved. DON’T open your ears only to the verses that make your life more profitable.
What do you think and what your consciousness tells you about PASTORS(considered great ones from the society) THAT LIVE IN houses for millions and have garages full of expensive cars, while billions are starving? Do You think that is normal and acceptable?
And DO NOT live for Jesus and speak about him only in private, BECAUSE HE DIED FOR YOU IN PUBLIC.
Let me ask you something about the church. If you were SATAN, WHERE WOULD YOU ATTACK FIRST?? YOU WOULD ATTACK THE RELIGIOUS SYSTEM FIRST. Do you think that this is not already done? DO NOT BELIEVE BLINDLY IN WHAT THE MASSES are claiming. Do not be the next misled sheep following the flock.
And remember > always doubt what even the most credible and respected preacher tells you. Listen only to Jesus after you have established your relationship with him. Because our King Jesus is the son of God, and only by him we can be saved.
Also, some people are like > but there are no computer games in heaven like counter strike and such where I can be better than others? !!! Where others will ENVY my achievements? DO YOU REALLY THINK that this way or thinking is divine?
Do you think that with the mentality of watching others suffer and having ENVY is heavenish behaviour? Do you really think that if things like envy, watching others being lower than you and feeling pleasure at that means you have known GOD. Do you really think that its no problem because it's just a game? ... IT IS NOT.
Also, you cannot hide from God. If you ever have played a computer game like WoW, you know there are GM’s, admins that have more power than the regular players, characters in the game. And so is GOD the admin of this world. You cannot hide from him no matter how deep you hide in earth. If he wants, he can find you simply with his thought and you will instantly teleport to him. You can’t think and say oh, God will not see that. He sees everything. It’s like a computer. Every 0.0000001 second of your existence is stored in a register(called the book of life) which when the time(your judgement) comes will be clicked on and REVIEWED.
Why are there things occuring around us that we cannot understand > because we abused our free will. Let me ask you this > Is God responsible for mothers drinking and smocking 2 packs a day during pregnancy? Is he responsible of our weaknesses?

I know that mostly christians throw rocks at you when you mention the need to repent and obey Jesus for salvation, most of them do not want to listen even though his words are there for anyone to read. The way is hard and the gate is narrow that leads to life, how can someone say all you have to do is believe, they say obedience if works, they call stop sinning a work you do, which is totally wrong.
