I've never cried harder at the death of a character than I did for Gordon. He reminds me of myself, and what was and could have been.

Death scene was wonderfully shot. I don't think there has even been another series death so beautifully crafted. I always cry when I watch this episode and the next one when everyone is mourning. You can feel the pain of their loss. Truly an amazing job on the writers and director.

He was the perfect alt character. Not the lead but funny and smart and kind and so fucking likable. It fucked me up

Just finished this show on Netflix. I loved how the whole show is about the businesses they create and build, but at the end when Gordon see's his life he doesn't see The Giant or Cardiff or Comet; he sees Donna and his kids. What a show

I love this too. I feel like at the end of the show the theme the whole time has been failure and how to deal with it. These people all ended up well off but they never achieved true greatness as much as their younger selves wanted it. Instead they found a dynamic with a small group of other people that they could build things with because they were so close, but even if they all failed together they had eachother in the end.
Haley was Comet, Cardiff was Boz, The Giant was Joe/Cameron, and the catalyst to it all was the Symphonic which was Donna.

God, I wish I could relive the feeling of the Comet Team Rocket Fun Time scene again and again. Gordo was a good man. I especially loved how happy he was by the time he reached season 4. Which is why his death was all the more of a gut-punch. The scene of his life flashing before his eyes is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in television history.
God I love this show, and miss it so much already.

Gordon Clark's death shocked me. I was in Hardware Tech myself all thru this period of time. I was the first person to write an LSL stack and the first person to make email work over the "internet" Pacific Sierra Research, 1990. I hate to admit it but I cried.

Thank you for making this, he's not even real and I feel his loss. I mean, I'm here looking to feel "better" about his passing. Such a great show.

Reverse engineering something is not illegal. That's how we learn things about technology. It's what you do with the things you learn which determines legality.
A shame when that one guy listed computer companies he forgot Atari.

Very bad decision by someone to have Gordon die. This was completely senseless and unnecessary. Now they've shot themselves in the foot for future episodes. Seems like anytime there's something good, some dipsh*t comes in and screws it up.

I fully disagree it fitted perfectly in the story line. You can have an entire show full of happiness.
