Hay Jeff brother just a quick question about the 1107 Caribe can I take the chock lever arm out with it not effecting the carbie properly o have a 9:90 rooster tail is the 1107 as good as my rooster tail 9:00 full mod my 1107 carbie is just a stok one
Bro you actually will not benefit by taking that out. The choke blade causes the engine to pick up air speed and air speed equates to power. You will only slow the air speed by removing the choke blade. I would leave it brother. Thats a little secret I dont normally share on the channel. Edit..honestly I bet you that 1107 makes more power and delivers more fuel and air than that rooster tail. Not to slander but this is coming from my engine builder who has tested these carbs on his dyno he used to have. We will soon have another . The 1107 is a great carb and so is Taylors 1257!
