- The Philippine Development Plan 2017-2022 is the first medium-term plan to be anchored on the 0-10 point Socioeconomic Agenda and is geared towards the Ambisyon Natin 2040 which articulates the Filipino people's collective vision of a MATATAG, MAGINHAWA, AT PANATAG NA BUHAY PARA SA LAHAT.
It also takes into account the country's international commitments such as the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

Sana po may subject talaga from elementary until college na Financial education. Isali na po ang Discipline at Patriotism for Filipinos. Ito po yong mga subjects na importante in real life pero wala naman sa mga curriculum sa eskwelahan. Pwde din po sya thru seminars open for all Filipinos.
Kailangan po matuto ng tamang paghawak ng pera. Gayundin ng pagsunod ng mga batas sa bansa kagaya ng traffic rules at di pagtapon ng basura. Lalo na ang pagmahal sa sariling bayan.

I came here because of school requirements but I realized some other things while watching this. Indeed, there is an effort from the government to make reforms for its citizens however due to this sudden crisis most of this plan’s objectives are not realized. Instead of making our lives better, our country right now is facing an ordeal of this pandemic, poverty is increasing, so many unemployed people, plus issues about the current government like corruption in some agencies. Watching this video showed me how much we could have and attain if a pandemic never happened. It's really disheartening.
Go Philippines. Trabaho, sikap, tiyaga lang. Kaya natin to!
I hope future presidents should have a good performance to achieve our dream, but that is IF they are ambitous and love our country and do things for the good of the country

Approval ng budget for 2019 was very delayed sa pag release so newsflash, simula palang ng taon di na kaagad mabuti nangyayari sa economy, not to mention the alleged pork barrel issues pa. 2. "If not for covid" sure blame the pandemic which is POORLY handled from the start. Imagine letting in tourists while other countries are having a lockdown? Not to mention the 10 Billion pesos last year that was cut which is supposed to be for health? Yeah I sure love a country that doesnt prioritize science and research tapos inincrease yung budget sa defense which is also important pero just wow napaka rational na decision naman nun 👏👏
3. Philippine budget works dahil umuutang tayo from foreign countries. Hindi lahat ng budget napupunan ng taxes. Now if youre boasting na papabaon at papabaon tayo sa utang sure go ahead. Yall can look up magkano inutang ng Ph sa world bank pati sa china (in which their loans arent as "friendly" to poorer countries like ours) at ilang years to pay meron, not to mention sa private sectors which is more expensive than the both mentioned.

Unrelated pero I find it funny how someone with a username of "your nightmare" enggages in an online argument while me asking to do my "ambag" haha yes po I am doing my contribution by asking and demanding for accountability because kahit pa mangyari yang projected na increase in economy there are still a lot and by a lot I mean A LOT of citizens in the marginalized sector which will least benefit idk if theyll even feel it. any country can't develop rock solid without a steel factory & a steel factory can't run non stop without a cheap electricity which could only be produced thru a nuclear power plant. one great example is south korea which would not have industrially & technologically developed without their steel mills & nuke plants. don't even think nor ever talk of development if our local steel production is not on the tip of the plan. we have to remember that new york city buildings & the american railroad network system built during the 1800 were made up of lots of steel they themselves forged which saved them million & billions of thrillion of dollars from leaving their homeland. the US would not have built a lot of buildings, roads, railroads, bridges, sea ports, airports, tunnels, ships, planes, sattelites, trains, submarines, cars, trucks, tanks, rockets, missiles, guns & ammunitions without their home made rock solid steel industry. let's not think it's to late for us. Mr President & Mr Speaker you can do it.
