@@PROFLEI Sir, badly needed na po, ang ganda po nito pramis, reporting ko na po sa Thursday and ito lang po talaga ang source na nahanap ko na sobrang linaw ng explanation po. Hindi po namin nararamdaman ang land reporm dito sa Tagaytay,, dahil ang lupain na sinasaka namin sa loob ng 8o dekada ang kinukuha ng ""land growth"" , na pinapanigan ng mga nasa pamahalaan

may tanong lang po ako. diba po barter ang way noon para makapagbayad dahil wala pang salapi. paano po yung time na sinakop tayo ng mga espanyol at nagkaroon ng mortgage o pagsasangla ng mga lupa. kanino po nila isinasangla ito? at ano po ang kapalit ng pagsangla? at diba po nagkakaroon ng interest kapag hindi agad nakapagbayad?? ano po ang ipinambabayad sa tumutubong interest? hehe salamat po!

First and foremost, there will be fair justice among the landless farmers when it comes to the distribution of lands. Second, it may cause to uplift the standard of living because of land award that they don't need to ask and follow the command of their landlords. Above all, genuine happiness that after all the animosity and grief, they finally free the vituperate landowners.

Mahirap na maghanap ng tenant na maayos kasi merun dyang tenant 3 years palang silang nag tatrabaho sa lupa nasasanla nila ang lupa verbally lang in exchange ng ani nila kapag di nila ma meet yung pag bayad magugulat yung may ari ng lupa na merung ganung ginagawa yung tenant sa kapwa tenant.. Merun din dyan kalalabas lang baka naka sanla na sa ibang tao di alam ng may ari magulat nalang na nawawala na yung baka namatay daw nakawala daw yun pala nung lumaki na kinuha na ng pinag sanlaaan.. Kaya kawawa yung mga may ari ng lupa din
