Your "salsa" is really a Southwestern Pico de Gallo once you add bell pepper. I'm from the west coast of the US so I have a lot of experience with salsa's. Not a condemnation. ;)

It reminds me that there's always someone toiling away for everything we do/need, even the air we breathe, and that we're all working hard in our own ways. I feel lucky that I understand the joys of eating, cooking and being cooked for and how important a part of life these meals all are. Thank you for making the videos of many different types of meals. I don't mind similar content as there's bound to be overlap, but I was surprised at how many different types of meals are provided cos it's a chance for me to learn for my own cooking and it's always extra fun to watch.

Almost similar to a restaurant in Brooklyn that does the same with roast beef and a burger and dips it into beef drippings afterward.
