To increase your hspu reps, do stomach to wall handstand push-ups, do very slow handstand pushup negatives, do bent arm handstand presses, and work on weighted dips. Also, as you do sets of hspu, your shoulders will strengthen and get used to the movement.
@@kwickslow19 yes, that is a helpful exercise. It is good to supplement that exercise to build shoulder strength but it is not necessary. Once you have the baseline strength, focusing on more skill specific training will help you be able to achieve it.

@@MavpaBananyes. When you can only do low reps, it’s better to do high sets with 1-2 reps. That’s a good way to improve. Do 6-8 sets of 1-2 reps.
Bro what about over head press? Isn't it better if you can press your body weight or more?
