Ugh girl I feel you about the shingling it takes foreverrrrrrrrrr. My curl pattern in the front is also different and looser than the back of my hair and at first I thought it was heat damage too but that’s just how she is lolol loved your video definitely subbing!! ❤️

You're so right deep conditioning is a must for a bomb wash and go. Sectioning off hair is a must for that thick beautiful hair gurl. Definition is popping. Aww to the heat damage from the hair left out from the weave. The shingling method definitely takes centuries but its soo worth it. Nice results.

My hair is made up of all the type 4 curl patterns. The front is 4a, middle and back is 4b and the sides near my ears is 4c. Kind of like yours, except your hair was way looser than mine in the front 😅❤️

Hey why didn't you saturate your hair with water prior to applying the products? My understanding from following Black curl Magic is that for your wash n goes to be successful, your hair must be soaking wet and how you apply the products make a difference. Check them out. Would love to see you do their 30 day hair detox and see how your hair comes out using their wash n go tips. 🙂 They are also on IG and TH-cam.

To be honest, I don’t do wash and gos often so I don’t have a standard routine that I do every single time. My hair was wet, but it wasn’t soaking wet so maybe I’ll try doing that next time for better results. I find that deep conditioning right before applying product and shingling works well for me. Thank you for the recommendation, I’ll check them out!
