Google Sheets Sumif Date Range by Month and Year

This lesson illustrates how to perform a SUMIF or SUMIFS Function in Google Sheets when you want to group/sum "date criteria" by just Month & Year. To do this we use the TEXT Function along with the ARRAYFORMULA Function. These two functions nested within the SUMIF Function allow us to convert Month/Day/Year dates to Month/Year groupings in our criteria range.
