Google Sheets Query by Cell Date Range or Month&Year DropDown

This video illustrates how to create a Query in Google Sheets that has a Drop Down List for different "Search Options by Date Types." The 2 search options for the Query are "Search by Cell Date Range" or "Search by a Month/Year Drop Down List." To do this we need to create 2 Drop Down Lists. The First List will contain our Month & Year Values. The Second Drop Down List will be the user's choice for a Query Search Method - Cell Date Range or Month/Year Drop Down List. The Query itself is actually 2 Queries (1 for each of the 2 search methods) nested within an IF Condition and dependent on the Search Options Drop Down List.
