Hi,
you have to set the recovery speed in default Park 1 so it is the same on both detectors. The 800 recovery speed is lower in default Park1 than the 600. The higher the recovery speed the more depth loss.

Hi. Can you do the following test with both the machines? My concern is that the 600 in Multi mode it's not as capable as the 800 in finding very small gold nuggets or jewellery. So the test should be like this: get some very small and thin pieces of jewellery and gold nuggets if you have , and see at what size(of jewellery) and depth the 800 can go further then the 600. If it can. Thank you. Another test could be as it follows: with only the 800, get some small gold and compare the Gold mode with the Multi mode and see if the last one can detect smaller pieces than the Multi.
